Seltzers were not drinkable. Beautiful Sunday and the place was empty. Patio with beautiful ocean views was full of weeds and filthy glass. Would not come back. People working were pleasant.

I recently celebrated our 20-year vow renewal at the California Seltzer Company, and I can't express enough how incredible the experience was! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.

Wanted to give 5 stars, I have been reaching out since February to have my wedding at this location next summer. I haven’t heard anything back, my fiancé and I are incredibly disappointed. I have called over a dozen times, emailed multiple times, reached out on social media. We traveled to Pacific Grove and feel in love with this location. But sadly we’re just met with disappointment.

This is an amazing place. I was there for a private event in the evening and the food, drinks, view, and staff were top notch. It is also close to downtown and easy to get to.

We had an absolutely awful experience with California Seltzer Company, and we would strongly advise against booking any event with them. We booked a rehearsal dinner and they double-booked our event, then canceled on us. To make matters worse, they admitted that an employee made a mistake months ago, and no one at the company noticed or took responsibility until four months later.

Had we canceled at this point, we would have been forced to pay them over $2000, but because they canceled, there was no penalty for them. This entire situation has caused us so much unnecessary stress and scrambling to find a new venue just months before our wedding. The level of disorganization and lack of accountability on their part is appalling. Save yourself the headache—do not trust them to host your special event.

This place is beautiful and in the heart of the Monterey Beach, five minutes from Cannery Row, on the corner, beautiful view and beautiful food. Beautiful people and beautiful drinks, let’s go!

Great food, seltzers, and service with an amazing view of Lovers Point! I highly recommend the Bavarian pretzel, lemon pineapple & cranapple seltzers!! The pizzas are delish too!

Practically empty on a beautiful Saturday at lunchtime.
