This was a cute little hole in wall ice cream shop with an owner absolutely obsessed with the Beatles. More memorabilia than you could ever imagine and most of it for sale. I had a brownie sundae which was great while listening to 70's music. The owner was super friendly and very appreciative that we had come into his place.

I loved that place, the ice cream, the staff and the ambiance, plus that fact that they have a grand piano there and competent musicians are welcome to play that piano and as a pianist myself I played that piano after finishing that delicious ice cream

Very cute place. Highly recommended for families. The owners and staff are super friendly. They offer samples. The texture of the soft serve is very icy, almost granular. Very cool that you can choose many different flavors. I personally loved the Madagascar vanilla.Husband had some tea as well.

The best dessert place I've ever been to is Cream And Crumbles. The moment you walk up the stairs and enter this quaint Victorian house you'll be transported to a happier time. Fresh baked cookies will be brought to your table as you peruse the menu. They will offer you many samples of both dairy and non- dairy, gluten-free ice cream and cookies. By the time you are ready to order, you will already feel pretty stuffed, but you will order a dish of ice cream, just because the servers are so darn nice. Eventually you will roll out of there wishing you had two stomachs.

Good vibe (house and piano), but the ice cream is not very good (not at all creamy) and would not stay on the cone. The crumbles part is good in the sunday but the ice cream is very soft and melts quickly. Everything is very different from what the typical ice cream shop offers. Wait staff was very friendly.

Lovely establishment with wonderful piano music, friendly staff and a beautiful historical building. If you are looking for vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, egg-free and mostly soy free, this is the place for you. While we were charmed by the experience, we were disappointed that the ice cream didn't work for our flavor palate. The ice cream is more of a soft serve ice milk with a super sweet flavor stripe. Unfortunately, we found it overly sweet and didn't agree with us. The owner has stated she doesn't use artificial sweeteners, but I'm guessing she may use a stevia or xylitol type sweetener. We wish them lots of success even though it didn't work for us.

MAGICAL. Our family had the most incredible experience here. The owner is so sweet and the entire staff makes you feel so welcome. The ice cream is delicious and our daughter played in the perfect children's play room. We will be back every visit to Pacific Grove and Monterey!

We took a weekend trip to Pacific Grove and came across this gem during our stay. The staff is super friendly and the service is great. I love how they serve you samples of their cookies while you look through their menu. They even asked if I would like a sample of the ice cream before making my decision. The ice cream was delicious! I love homemade ice cream, and that's exactly what the blueberry and strawberry ice cream taste like. I would definitely come back.

Such an awesome throwback to an old ice cream shoppe in a house built in the 1800s, complete with a guy playing showtunes livee on the piano. It was like i was at Disneyland. Beautiful service by the fun and caring staff. Delicious light ice cream that wasn't sticky sweet. And hello, samples galore. Almost overly generous!

I hope more places like this become the norm! What a delightful surprise: delicious sundaes (Lovers Point and American Tin Cannery), warm service & sprinkles in salt-n-pepper shakers. We can't wait to come back the next time we're in town!

Everything about this place was fantastic. Wonderful atmosphere inside a home, and warm and friendly service. They could not have been nicer. The homemade cookies were awesome, and the ice cream was delicious. They let my son play the piano, which he loves, and were super nice talking to us about music. Do not skip this place if you are in Pacific Grove - it is a rare gem that deserves your business.

Took my daughter here today for her first birthday and it was delicious! The owner, Sue, is literally the sweetest and happiest woman ever. She also hired really great kids to work there. The overall experience was great and we will definitely be back. Really nice ambiance and only good things to say about this place.

Be sure to visit here if you are in the area, truly exceptional and gluten and nut free. Ambiance is unique and much like going to Grandma's house.

A time machine... didn't think places like this existed except in the movies... gorgeous Victorian converted into an ice cream parlor... live jazz on the baby grand piano. Beautiful antique wooden chairs and tables and fireplace, for those of us that appreciate quality woodwork.
