Karen is wonderful! She is very passionate about her tea and her love for tea time.

Karen hosted a Bridal Tea for my daughter in our hotel suite. She provided the china, linen, flowers and the most spectacular traditional tea and food. She was knowledgeable and very accommodating. She made my daughters shower very special with this unique experience. Thank you for a wonderful day!!!

Recently had a wedding dinner reception in Pacific Grove and decided to have cupcakes for guest with a small bride/groom cake. We decided about a month out, really not much time to find a baker that would have available so I do not advice waiting last minute. However this place came highly recommended from a local resident. Reviews were great so took a chance. Karen-owner wasn't sure if she would be available but got back to me within a week and said would be after all. I was able to send her ideas/pics and said she said she can create something that I would like. The cake/ cupcakes did not disappoint and were perfect! We also ordered some of the sausage pastry when we got to town.... they were also amazing. Karen was kind and wonderful to work with for an already stressful event making communication easy and convenient! Thank you Karen!

Today I picked up an Afternoon Tea for Two to go. Karen Anne was so sweet and had everything packaged up ready to go. She even had instructions on how to heat up the sausage rolls.

Friend and I stopped by today kind of late and she still let us come in and serve us! The owner was so sweet and the afternoon tea was amazing! We loved it here so much, hoping we can stop by here more in the future! Highly recommend this spot if you love tea!

Pinkies up for this lovely establishment. Karen Ann and her team really deliver a delightful and intimate tea room experience. All of the details, from the lace tablecloths, quaint flower bouquets, teacup napkin holders, and teapot vases provided a perfect Valentine's Day afternoon high tea.

OMG the sausage rolls!! Had a lovely high tea at Eddison and Melrose on a sunny December day. The mismatched china added to the appeal of this charming, quirky tea House. The scones and the sausage rolls were the best we've ever had! Definitely a hidden gem!

This is not a normal tea place. She's not always open. But if you're someone who plans or if you're good with spur of the moment on the right day (I love finding out she's there when I get a free lunchtime and I'm running errands) this is my favorite indulgence.
