I had complained to Jersey Mikes regarding my unsatisfactory experience with their gluten free bread, and they listened and responded. The food has definitely improved and I am a happy customer once again

I have been three times now with hopes a new store improves. The food tastes good as I have experienced at every Jersey Mikes I have been from East to west coast. The first time was busy but was good and the grand opening. The second time it was "my fault" I did not ask for bread bc was told every sandwich comes with white unless the customer asks for something different - unlike all other JM I have been which ask me which type of bread. Ok I learned. The third time I went bc received a gift card. I attempted to use gift card only to be told it declined despite me asking to try again bc just received. Instead I was given card back and said sorry so I paid cash. Ok maybe a "mistake" on my end again. Nope. I called to verify had funds and asked manager what I should do. He checked it and said just make sure you swipe it harder next time. Well the swipe was for the employee to do. I was so disappointed and no longer wanting a jersey Mikes sub I left and gave my gift card to next person in line- maybe they will have better luck with an employees swiping abilities and able to enjoy. Seems no one at this site has any accountability for the small things that mean a lot. Although I must mention the person helping me first was polite and polite Ben asked what type of bread with a smile-hopefully his positive attitude will be contagious for the others he works with.

Dropped by on a whim and ordered a tuna salad sandwich. Good food, good, friendly, enthusiastic service. Place was a bit messy, but it was toward the end of the night. I guess "Mike's style" (I think that's what they call it) means that it includes quite a bit of oil & vinegar. Probably not necessary on a sandwich that's already a bit damp. Looking forward to trying a cheesesteak (though it will be hard to do better than our local Oli's truck).

shout out to jersey mikes for feeding us utility workers during the storm. what an unbelievably nice thing for you to do. you came by and handed out sandwiches to all of us who were working during the storm. you helped keep us fed and continue to carry on!!! really made an impression!! always a fan and life long customer! I rec that anybody in pacific grove stop by and give them your business because they guys have big hearts and the sandwiches are absolutely delicious! GOD bless!

Was in pacific grove shopping at Trader Joe's and stopped by to pick up lunch for the family, a Kids meal, a 55 and a 5 along with two chips. When I got back home to Monterey, all that was in the big bag was a 55, water chips and cookies. I was missing two of my sandwiches. I had to drive back to pacific grove to get my sandwiches which took me 40 minutes due to a tree being down. When I called ahead of time, they admitted that the two sandwiches were never made. I get the extended commute was not their fault, however I was given no apology or anything. In this case for me, forgetting those two sandwiches added over an hour to my day. This is a significant mistake that can cost people time. I probably should have been refunded or somthing. Won't be comming back. To top it off, neither of the sandwiches outside of the cheesesteak were made correctly. You would think if a customer called in and mentioned they were missing two sandwiches, you would make a point if making the sandwiches you failed to make the first time, correctly. My # 5 only had one kind of meat, not the three listed, and my daughters kids sandwich came with out lettuce and tomatoes. This is a shame cause I was stoked about FINALLY having a jersey mikes in the area.

I had the hardest time finding the deli, knew they were in the Country Club shopping center because I read they had oped in a local publication and they have a sandwich board at Forest and David. I said to my wife I couldn't find this place and she said it's next to Starbucks. I really don't consider Starbucks in the Country Club Center.. I imagine people go in to the shopping center and can't see the Jersey Mikes and end up at Subways. You guys need better signage. Haven't tried you yet as I just discovered where you are located yesterday after looking for you for weeks. Good luck to you.

No matter what Jersey Mike's you go to their #17 (Philly cheesesteak) is so good and tasty. They could turn down the music just a bit.

A fresh, new place for our community, golfers playing nearby, kids headed home from school- jersey mike's subs are the answer!
Walked in and stepped by the seating area to look at the menu I was asked if I was ready to order twice by two different people, within five mins I was ready so I got in line I ordered four different kinds of sandwiches, three different kinds of chicken and one cold cut sandwich. The cold cut sandwich was made within a couple minutes. The chicken took 12 minutes and while I was waiting inside my head started to hurt from how loud the music was got home to eat And found a black hair in one of the chicken sandwiches instantly lost my appetite. Also, they messed up the order and made two of the chicken sandwiches the same when all of the chicken sandwiches were supposed to be Different. Also, the bread was kind of tough like it was sitting out for too long. by the way, 46 dollars for four regular sized sandwiches No chips no drink. Honestly better off going to Compagnos. I’d rather support a local business than a chain.

Literally lost my appetite found a black hair in my chicken sandwich went in ordered they were nice but I'm sorry not going back it looked clean too but clearly it's not. Oh and they messed up my order gave us two of the same chicken sandwich. 12 mins for 4 sandwich's.

I love Jersey mikes but this was my first time at this location. The service was slow, but they were trying and were pleasant. They over charged me and I didn't notice until I was home 20 minutes away. The charged me for a regular sub when I got a mini, so I am a little salty about that.
