Out of all the Starbucks I’ve ever been to around the world, this Starbucks is the best I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly, the barista is excellent, and the overall experience is just amazing.

Why can’t all the Starbucks in the world be like this one?

If I was the CEO of the company, I would want all of my Starbucks employee model their behavior after this store.

Really nice baristas. No drive-through, but they had very quick service. Not a huge merch selection, a few big Monterey cups. Only a few tables available inside, no outside seating.

It’s not the same when it’s super busy they never make my oatmeal the way I order it and I always pay $2 extra for the what I add. It gets frustrating but can’t say anything because I’m always questioned if I’m sure my order was indeed incorrect made.

Very efficient service given the high volume of customers. Mobile order at the security checkpoint and it'll probably be ready for pickup by the time you arrive

I thought the day would never come when a Starbucks opened in Pacific Grove, but I sure am happy that it did. I come here early in the mornings before I go to work and Ivy and all the ladies are amazing. Smiles galore when you walk in and they have never messed up an order of mine. Not to mention just the atmosphere between the employees is amazing. I highly recommend this one to everyone.

Too slow. We were waiting for 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. We were just standing at the counter and this lady asked if we had questions - we said we are just waiting for our coffee and she said “we can refund if you can’t wait - i just got here” (really aggressively) What kind of service is this?

It's Sunday afternoon at 434 pm. There are two people inside Starbucks. I ordered my one drink t 415 pm and wanted 14 min. Why? Because one employee was making drinks, while the other cleaned. Yes, cleaned. He said "there must have been a bunch of mobile orders before you," smiled and walked to finish cleaning. I called Stacey Eurich. Kyle the staff member didn't help his fellow employee to make drinks. He just kept slowly cleaning. Wow, just wow. So embarrassing that customer service has come to this.
