General manager of this Starbucks is awful. She was rude, impatient, skimpy with drinks, and on her phone the whole time, believe her name was Ray. Would recommend going to another Starbucks.

This is an overdue review since Memorial day weekend. We went in to order drinks but the girl with curly short hair was rushing our orders and was really impatient. The worst part was that she doesn't know how to make franpacino! She didn't put any coffee shots in them. When we asked her, she had the confidence to tell us franpacino should never have any coffee in it! She should get retrained or fired! We went online to show her the receipt but she still rejected to make them right. So we asked her for a refund of 2 coffees. She didn't know how to credit back to my card either but instead she charged me twice! When we caught it and confronted her, she called in a manager to do it! She knows she double charged me but intentionally pretended she refunded me. How awful! She acted like we were being unreasonable asking for coffee shots in coffee! Glad we asked for a receipt. Spilled on all coffees without caring to wipe them before handing over.

They were not open, though posted hours suggested they should have been for a few more hours. Also, nothing to indicate that they were closed until a cashier noticed that I was waiting.
We were pleased with the coffee we took with us from this quick stop. Service was just fine and the quality is standardized.
