Great mom and pop sushi spot. A hard working couple that produce great food, in a quaint environment.Edit: Already 5 stars, but wanted to add that I left a sentimental item there and realized it after leaving town. Gave them a ring and they had held onto it for me. They ended up shipping it out to me. Appreciate these people!
This place is off a little hidden, it was ran by two people, the service was a little slow and not many seating at all, but the food was great, a lot for the price. In the general area this place is worth trying out for couples or single, not much room for a family.
This little “Mom and Pop” restaurant serves the best Japanese food that I have had in North America. “Mom” takes orders, serves, and cooks the hot food while “Pop” is the sushi and sashimi chef and serves the sake. The sashimi was ultra fresh and perfectly cut, the Gyoza melted in your mouth, and the tempura was light and delicious. We lived in Japan for almost a year and this dinner brought back memories of many delightful meals.
