This is the same bagel receipt since I was a kid growing up here in the 70s and 80s. I’ve lived in NYC, SF, and LA. This is the best bagel bakery, better than NYC. You’re welcome.

Wonderful staff and food. Bagels are made to order so super fresh and yum! There was a line out the door when we arrived this morning which is always a great sign!

Came here for Vietnamese iced coffee while Supercharging. Very friendly staff, accommodated my request for less sweetener.

The Mexican Fiesta on jalapeño cheddar bagel was so good! Very delicious food and has a comfortable, local bagel shop atmosphere that is great for dining in.

Walked in at 2:55 not knowing they closed at 3:00 there was approximately 15 bagels on the shelf and he said I’ll be right with you, after a moment he said sorry we’re closed, if he would have said we’re closing in a few moments if it’s something quick I can do it, I only needed one bagel with cream cheese so I think he could have managed that in 2-3 minutes. I just felt he was rude and abrupt!!!!

The best bagel burger I ate here. Added with mini greens .

Bagels are really good, but three times under the new hires (not the people who used to work there, who made it a personable place) has my order been wrong, and honestly usually I don’t care. I’ll still eat it, unless it’s just plain cream cheese. Service isn’t great aside from that. Never ask is there anything else you’d like or something along those lines.

Close to tesla superchargers. Grabbed a california dream and carrot/apple juice to go. Went next door to a sunny spot near a tree and enjoyed in the grass.

Sunday 12/15/24 10:40 am. Sign says they are open Sundays 7am to 3pm. They are closed. Open sign is on, lights are on. Door is locked and nobody around. Waist of time. Another customer just pulled and and is leaving in disappointment. Don’t waist your time.

Decent bagels, but the service is abysmal.
I've never been greeted, asked what I want, or been thanked when I leave.
This is clearly trickle down from management and or owners.
I only go here because it's the closest and convenient, but I'll be searching for other bagel shops in the future.
If the owners actually read this and care, it's a pretty simple recipe.
Greet customers when they enter, ask them what they'd like, and thank them when they pay.
If you have a good product, you're golden.

My favorite place to go. I literally fly to Monterey just for these bagels. Mmmmm. I have been having them since I was in High School. I get a turkey avocado sandwich with sprouts on a everything bagel.
