Amazing food, bad customer service. I hope this changes and I will update my review.

This is a well known spot for the locals of Pacific Grove. We went in for lunch and you can tell they stay busy because their bagel supply was almost depleted. I ordered a sesame bagel with herb cream cheese, sprouts and avocado. It looks like the make their flavored cream cheeses in house. The herbs in the cream cheese were a little too much and you could barely taste the cream cheese, but the rest was delicious. The bagel had a great texture and the veggies were fresh. My husband tried an egg wrap which is basically a bagel type dough which is filled with eggs, cream cheese and cheddar cheese. It wasn't bad but just not favorite.

They do have boba drinks so we ordered a strawberry blended and a mocha blended. Both were delicious. The prices were about average. What I was impressed with was the service. We ordered 5 food items and 3 drinks. We only told the girl once and she remembered everything.

This place is excellent!! Wish I lived close enough to go by a couple times a week! Great bagel selection and delicious coffee.

Service could use improvement. The girl behind the counter seemed rushed/impatient while helping me. I didn't care for her attitude. I had a toasted cheddar bagel with the lox/chive spread and the bagel itself was delicious. The spread was good as well but extremely onion-y. Their Thai tea was cloyingly sweet but had a nice tea flavor. This place has a lot of competition so they should work on their customer service.

They have a nice selection of bagels. I ordered a sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The counter person wasn’t very friendly but that’s ok. They didn’t overcharge my like another nearby bagel shop. The bagel was nicely toasted. I would come back again.

Used to love this place, been a regular for years. Just went at 2:30 (hours say you close at 3pm) because my pregnant fiancé was craving a Kupermans. I got the rudest most rushed service I think I have ever gotten anywhere from the women behind the counter with glasses. Like I was burdening her for wanting to give your establishment my money. I will go to one of the three other bagel places within a mile of yours from now on and tell everyone I know to do the same. Close the doors if you are going to charge full price and act like you are closed 30 minutes before your posted hours. Whoever owns or runs this place needs to know who is representing you.

I love this place. The owner who I don't see any more was always so friendly and greeted everyone as they entered. There is a girl who seems to be in charge and she is the taller of the two who work there. She wears a long ponytail and wears black glasses. She is very efficient but she has no people skills. She practically barks at you when asking for your order. I've been tipping her as I do everyone there, but yesterday morning I decided I'm done! I will continue to support the business, because I do like their bagels, but I'm not going to support unpleasant service. I hope she sees this and might give it some thought. I hate not tipping.
