Went with family. The cappuccino, americano, and lavender latte were absolutely awful. One of the employees was extremely rude as well.

Today, in a great mood, I met up with a close friend for coffee between work. The coffee was delicious, but the cashier was very judgmental and unfriendly while taking our order. My friend was taken aback by such behavior. I own a business myself, where we handle over 50 customers a day, even on a slow day of the week, so I know all about working with clients. Her attitude was extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming.

Went in to grab a quick coffee. Staff is so clearly checked out and not caring. 15 minutes of waiting with 3 people in line. Place could use an actual manager that, you know, manages.

Piss poor service, ignored while ordering as barrister conversed with another customer about nonsense. Selected “no tip” but automatically charged 25%. This is criminal billing, credit card fraud!!!

Amazing coffee, amazing experience but most of all Palisades is the place to be so nice and away from everything. Make sure you stop by and enjoy the ambiance.
