After having too many frustrating experiences with local Pizza places, I finally decided to give the chain a try. I have now ordered from here 4 times, and they nailed it every time. Easy online ordering, fast, and reliable. Pizza is just ok as you would expect, but such is the case from nearly every other "kids-party" level pizza place in town.

The best beef and mushroom pizza

I ordered for delivery at this Domino’s, which is 5 minutes from my house. I checked the app, where i ordered for delivery, and it said my order was complete. I check outside, and… no order? I tried to file a complaint with Domino’s to get my $80 back, because i did not receive my food, but they only offered a discount on my NEXT order. So I called the store, and they told me that they had never delivered to my address, despite me having had ordered from this exact Domino’s over 100 times. I hung up, as they did not want to listen to me, and then got a call from the delivery driver for my order. He told me that they only delivered to the UCLA and Westwood area. Mind you, this is the exact Domino’s that is 5 minutes away from my house. I told the driver, “If you have my food, deliver me MY FOOD”. He then proceeded to get angry at me and tell me that clearly I was in the wrong because I did not know my own address. Overall, I now do not have a dinner, have wasted $80, and am incredibly disgusted and unsatisfied with the service I was given.

Always reliable and my order is perfect just how I ordered on the app. This location is my go to for a day at the beach.

Great place, the worker Muhammad made my Christmas, g-d bless you Muhammad and to your female manager, stop screaming at that man, treat people with respect and kindness, I would’ve rated 1 star if it weren’t for the stellar attitude your employee had, if you hate your job, get a different one, you shouldn’t act that way in customer service

You will not get your pizza correct here. I can guarantee it almost 95 percent of the time. They chose to ignore the order and make my Brooklyn style with thin crust instead. I assume it was because there was no ready dough available or maybe they really just could care less..no Parmesan cheese in the facility…the most basic two ingredients ready made dough and cheese…what more can I say? Toppings where almost non-existent, yet they somehow managed to have more salt then I ever ate on any pizza before. Didn’t want to leave a review in fear if I ever wanted to return and then I asked myself what on earth would I want to do that for? From the many reviews it is clear one thing is on the table in this pizza joint..a high lack of management and oversight. No one cares there. It’s all good. There are many more quick spots in town to feed you…choice is at least still yours.Hate to give bad reviews, but this joint was a sad hello and a strong goodbye.Don’t want anyone else to loose a hard earned buck on this chuck!

I tried the pasta Alfredo, not too bad

The cashier did not give me my exact change. I had to tell her twice she was short.

Domino Pizza in Pacific palisades is a joke,

They made my deluxe pizza without any meat toppings just cheese and veggie. I didn’t order a veggie deluxe pizza. Check your pizza before leaving this store.

Horrible!!! Pizza was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. I just walked out. Wasted a whole break for nothing .
