Tried this bakery for the first time last week. Needed something special to bring to the in-laws at Thanksgiving. Kim was incredible kind and helped me order over the phone with suggestions. Ended up getting three loaves of bread (Banana Chocolate Chip, Zucchini and Pumpkin) that came in a nicely presented box with a bow (she remembered I was hoping to impress) and a take n bake apple crumble pie. My friend just bought me the coconut rum cake and it is delicious!" It is a huge, heavy cake! The 3 layers of cake is moist, frosting just enough and the toasted coconut made it look so pretty.
