About Pearl Dragon

Pearl Dragon is a restaurant with extremely good soup, especially the udon and tofu. The ambiance is amazing and the staff, including Ryo, Jacobo, Eric, and Lhyllel, are very friendly and attentive. The sushi is fresh, with the Kanpachi and blue crab hand roll being highlights. The cucumber martini and filet tips are highly recommended, and the service is spectacular. Some employees might not be super smart, but most are experienced. The only downsides are the lack of candles, dim lighting, and some areas being too dark. The strawberry, mango, and vanilla mochi are also recommended desserts.
