Don’t come here at 7 am. Busy. I feel so bad for the lady with the tattoos. She is always alone making the drinks and the short boy and the lady with ponytail always talk and not help her. Her and the old lady need a raise. The surfer guy always gets my order wrong everytime
Location had great potential but service is beyond poor. Borderline unacceptable. Somehow manage to have a negative experience each time I order here. Not only is there long wait times employees can be dismissive and speak in a condescending tone. Pretend to not see you stay turned around, when they finally take the moment to begin to take my order they walk from the register mid-order. This occasion it was a black lady who seemed overall frustrated and got agitated and rude unnecessarily....read full review
