Let me tellYou something, the owner is not rude, he’s old school and means well. I’ve never had a Korean owned Japanese restaurant and this place is legit. My parents told me that a Japanese restaurant owned by a Japanese or Korean are the best ones, because they’re similar in many ways. This place is a hidden gem and you guys are missing out of you skip this place.
This is very small restaurant and running by kind of elderly 2 gentlemen. Food has always been delicious and more than average meals. Many years ago one of my best friend has brought me here for sushi. I never been disappointed. I read almost all bad comments and sorry I cannot be agree any of them. If you wanna see very professional service and fake smiling faces , don't go there.
This is my favorite sushi spot (that I've tried) on the peninsula and I've gone pretty regularly over the years. Mostly with my wife but often with different friends too.Love the 4lb. Sushi roll challenge that I've attempted once, and failed at (only got about halfway through it.) Cool rewards incentive with their loyalty card and lots of fresh tasty menu options.The all you can eat sushi deal it nice when really hungry but I usually just get full off a couple rollls...
