Cold Stone Creamery

Ordered a photo cake from this location and the result was unacceptable. The image was not printed to fill the cake surface and instead appeared very small and centered, surrounded by excessive blank frosting.

I emailed the photo in advance and asked for confirmation that the image dimensions were acceptable, but never received a response. Had this been communicated, the issue could have been corrected before the cake was made.

When we contacted the store, the manager said there was nothing they could do, refused to provide any resolution, and was rude and dismissive.

This was my first time ordering from this location. I’ve ordered photo cakes from other Cold Stone locations without issue. Do not order a photo cake from this store. Sharing so others don’t have the same experience.

We were disappointed with our recent visit. Upon entering, we weren't greeted, which set a negative tone. As loyal customers who frequently enjoy your Signature creations, we were excited to order 2 Everybody's Signature Creations. Unfortunately, the preparation didn't meet our expectations - the mix was off, and the special items weren't proportioned correctly. We were surprised to be charged extra ($1.29 + $1.29) for these Signature creations, as we understood them to be all-inclusive. The experience left a sour taste, highlighted by the unfriendly service. We're hoping for a better experience next time.

The worker Karen does not listen to your order while making it! It’s like she has tunnel vision and at the end when you try to correct her and add the addition topping you wanted she just puts it on top without mixing it and says it’s already in the cup so I can’t take it out and remake it. HORRIBLE! If I wanted a piece of brownie on top of my ice cream I could have just went to Safeway across the street and put one on it myself. Someone retrain her!

There is nowhere to sit. Stopped by for dessert after walking to a nearby dinner but didn’t want to eat ice cream while standing.

What happned to their recipes?? I used to go here a lot, years ago, and decided I would treat myself again. Their sweet cream flavor USED to be the best and most simple, creamy goodness. Now it just taste bland. The quality of their ingredients and recipes must have changed. I will never come back. The service was good though, I was immediately greeted and taken care of. The lack of flavor in their classic ice cream is what is driving me away.

I ordered a banana caramel crunch, and we found a long black hair in it. I'll never come back with my friends here. I think a hairnet wouldn't hurt!

The worst experience of my life. Upon arrival I wasn’t even greeted and when it was my turn I was ignored… The couple being me had to let the man/ manager know that it was my turn and not theirs. He then scoops my ice cream and tells me at check out that. “ I thought you were a door dasher“ with a smug on his face… That was the most disrespectful thing to say someone. He assumed I was a door dasher because I didn’t look like the other customers in the store. Which is upsetting to know that I a person of color couldn’t walk in there being seen as a regular customer, instead seen as a ”Door dasher”……

I like this place. Is cream is decent, but pretty pricey. 30 dollars for 3 people. It does have amazing ice cream cakes. The best I have ever had. Its atmosphere is quite nice and the workers are friendly. Good location too.

Tasty ice

Ice cream flavors always made according to your request, taste fresh and the girl that served my daughter was very friendly , she even shared her some kpop souvenirs , did not expect that .Way to go ?, I keep coming back to see what more new flavors they have ?

Customer service has eluded these people. I got 2 scoops of different flavors. I asked for a mix-in topping with one of the flavors. The little boy who was unenthusiastically “helping” me flat out refused. He said “It’s too much work.” I pointed out that the process is the exact same as any other order with a mix-in. He then said he could mix both flavors and toppings together, but couldn’t do a mix-in on only one of the flavors. That’s ridiculous AND the same amount of work. What’s worse…the senior fellow working with him said nothing, allowing this kid to flat out lie to customers. Shame.

Worse experience ever. Ordered a cake ahead of time and they didn’t have it ready on time. No notification was provided and no compensation was given. The staff was extremely unfriendly and even rude. Just blankly starred at us.
