So good. I don’t usually order banh mi but when it smells like this in a restaurant you know it’s going to be fresh and tasty

Our new go-to for spring rolls and papaya salad!!! **Our favorites: Shrimp papaya salad Shrimp spring roll I appreciate how their shrimp spring rolls have slices of pork and crunchy thick cucumbers. The peanut sauce is also perfectly thick and not runny. I dislike when the peanut sauce is too runny or too thick. The papaya salad is SO refreshing and the shrimp was C L E A N and sliced perfectly. Such a cute store name and the staff are very friendly and sweet. Parking is very very limited as there are stores next door within the tiny plaza.

Service was impeccable the food was exquisite. I got the number one my go to I love it the bread is so crunchy and tastes fresh. 10/10 would recommend. the Thai tea is also very extravagant!

Awesome folks. Good food. Generous to a fault. Hope they continue to do well. Best Thai/Vietnamese Iced Tea pricing in the Bay Area

Kitten and pinky got it going on! Whether it's an after beach meal or pre beach snack this is the spot to get your bhan mi. I ordered the number 1 it was actually my first Vietnamese sandwich (with pate) experience. The mayo definitely saved it. Next time I will stick with my usual bbq pork. Nice employees.

I've been here several times and the food is INCREDIBLE! I usually get the BBQ Chicken Sandwich and the Tofu Rolls which the person at the register recommended my first time. The Thai Tea is also great, and has a very rich flavor, though they don't offer the coffee jelly anymore. My husband usually gets the Tofu Over Vermicelli, which isn't on the menu but if you request they will likely make it. Love coming here!

Mom and pop shop run by a few Vietnamese ladies. + Egg Rolls ($11.99 for 5 rolls): bit pricy, but these were bigger than standard egg rolls and nicely filled with taro, pork, and mung bean (8/10)+ Combo Banh Mi ($8.50): not as filled with the combo meat slices as I'd prefer, but perfect, heft amount of pickled carrot (7/10)+ Chicken Banh Mi ($8.50): comes w the pate and big chunks of chicken but was just okay overall (7.5/10)

This inexpensive lunch and dinner spot is perfect for hanging out by the pier or after a long walk from Mori Point. The food is very fresh and has a humble feel. The papaya salad and may bread are my two favorites.

Hate to tarnish the reputation of a mom and pop store but the sandwiches were unacceptable. The bread was stale and hard to bite. Hard as rocks that crumbles after each bite. Not an ounce of chew to the bread. The bbq pork was tough and hard to chew. It's upsetting expecting a treat on a Saturday afternoon with my family, only to find myself eating old meat and bread. The only reason I'm not giving a 1 is for the friendly service and reasonable papaya salad. I came here almost two years ago and really enjoyed the banh mi sandwiches. Hoping to replicate my past experience since we were back in the area today. Maybe it was an off day for them given all the recent raving reviews but they completely missed the mark.

Fine meal at a low price. The staff is friendly too. Looking forward to a banh mi next time

I had a barbecue chicken and rice plate. The carrots were delicious, the chicken was wonderful. Even the rice was so good period my friend got the Manny's bread. I took a bite and I wouldn't give him this piece back. It was delicious, definitely a recommend hidden gem small but very authentic must go

The menu is pretty standard for a Vietnamese restaurant, but the food is great! All fresh ingredients are used and prepared quickly and consistently. The owner and her daughter were so friendly - making you feel welcome and comfortable. The dining room is tidy and clean, though not pretty, but there's counter seating that stretches across the front window where you could enjoy your meal and "people-watch."

I have been back twice. Great basic food. Nothing fancy, but it tastes just as expected=) perfect comfort food.Vegetarian options: There is a tofu sandwich amongst the multiple meat sandwiches. Generous portions of tasty tofu though. Seems like it was frozen, thinly sliced then fried. I eat it with peanut sauce. Super tasty.
