Wonderful people work here who make delicious pastries, pizza bread, cannolis, cupcakes and, of course, their famous Derby Cake! Every time I'm back in the Bay Area I stop in at Mazzetti's and pick up stuff to bring back to family & friends in Hawaii who miss Mazzetti's! This last trip I brought back pizza bread and a Halloween cookie jar with Mazzetti's cookies. Great stuff!

First time here on 10/5/2025. Got the following: large blueberry muffin maple donut red velvet cake (slice) carrot cake (slice) tiramisu (slice)
Consistency should be high, but I did NOT like the blueberry muffin at all. The dough tasted slightly better than Safeway (or similar) muffin. Also, berries were mostly on top of the muffin, so if you eat all the ones on top, then no more berries for you. 2/5
Donut was not bad, 3.5~4/5.
Tiramisu - Not too sweet, very moist and tender, strong coffee flavor. 4.5/5
Carrot and red velvet cakes - Sugar BOMBS. I have a sweet tooth, and I really can't eat anymore of these things. I cut maybe 1/5 of a chunk for myself, and I'm planning on throwing the rest of it away. I can't eat this. 1/5
If I come back again, it'll be strictly for the tiramisu. I may try some of the other items but will definitely stay away from the cakes.
Price wise, I felt the value is pretty good. Cakes were $5/slice, donut 90c, muffin was $2 or so.
Wanted to like this place, but overall, I'd say 2/5 stars is generous given the items I ordered. If it were just for the tiramisu, I'd give it 4.5/5.

Mazzetti’s is a local gem. Everything about the bakery feels like family and tradition. I grew up going to Mazzetti’s, and now have the joy of taking my son in for weekend donuts. It’s so special that the next generation of Pacifica’s youth will get to have their special occasions celebrated with Mazzettis delicious cakes and treats. Their staff is always warm and patient, and I appreciate their eagerness to help. A few favorites to try: wreath cake, donuts, cake slices (or a whole cake lol), pumpkin cream cheese muffins, and apple strips! There are so many yummy options you really can’t go wrong!

Where do I start!?! Mazzetti’s, a staple in Pacifica for over 50years is a gem to visit when anyone stops by Pacifica it’s a must!! From the cookies alllll the way to the delicious derbies your taste buds will go crazy for! The service is amazing with friendly staff greeting everyone as they walk in and makes you feel like you came home. Once again stop by it’s a must try!!
Its already bad enough to mess up and have no record of a pre paid order for a birthday cake but to not even get the second birthday cake on the same order for one day later right? The employees showed no remorse or apologize for the incident and seemed not to have a care, treated it like normal behavior to ruin people’s birthdays. Never going to Mazetti’s again, and highly recommend anyone else do the same. If I could, I would give this place zero stars.

I would rate this bakery as ZERO stars. I do NOT recommend Mazzetti’s bakery. For two years in a row they have messed up my order for a birthday cake. The first year they made the wrong cake, and this year they didn’t even bother to make it. Jessie B was the employee who assisted with the order. Of course she’s off today. I do appreciate the other staff trying to offer something else for a replacement. In the end they just refunded me for the cake they didn’t make. Unfortunately your daughter only turns 21 once and they have truly ruined her special day
