Ordered lunch, to pick up on my way home, arrived to find the store closed for maintenance. Called the store and they picked up, I asked if they were open and they said they’re actually closed but have orders on for the app because they will open again in 2 hours. Ordered dinner, drive all the way to the store again, and the situation hadn’t changed, still closed, can’t even get an instant refund to use the money for a different store. While writing this review, at least 10 cars have pulled up, stopped in front of the store to pick up, and had to turn around and head home without their food.

Dined in bought scrambled egg McMuffin, didn’t know it had Canadian bacon, asked to cancel as we had bought more than 1, didn’t even offer to help just a blunt no, I’ve been to other macdonalds and the staff have always been helpful I mean you could atleast be nice about it, we had kids and had already spend almost $70 on our meal

Very slow, rude and unhelpful staff. Often times customers are ignored. The tables inside are often dirty and disgusting. This store also does not update or let customers know when certain items are out of stock and instead of telling customers they will charge you for something completely different.
