You will get better service inside and when it is rainy there is a play place here that is well managed. I take my kid here and he loves it. ❤️ There are usually 1 or 2 other families hanging out here too. When it is quiet some people use this room for business. Either way, maybe because it is pacifica this place has good food and good vibes.

I had not been to eat from a McDonald's in a very long time but I was hungry and needed something fast so I caved. I was disappointed at the result. A simple hamburger and fries cost more than they used to and weren't as satisfying. The biggest disappointment was the fries were hot enough.

This place annoys me every time. I will order tarter sauce and I always end up with Big Mac sauce. I call and let them know, they apologize and it happens again. My concern is, they is a lack of basic comprehension of the food they provide. That's a problem. God forbid I order something a bit more complex, like no onions. Either way, it's unacceptable. I worked at McDonald's and I enjoyed it. I would watch the videos in the back on my break to learn about the corporation and products. If you can get a simple sauce right on multiple occasions. I don't need to be spending my hard earned money there. It would be nice if they could just put another burger spot there

Dow side is the availability to connect to electric in case your phone or pc dies …. No one plug… sucks! But always clean an awesome

should have sued this place when i was a little kid. gave me a milkshake with motor oil or oil in it from the machine. made me sick u could visibly see the oil in the milkshake. i was with my dad and my brother.
Great service! Although there are kiosks to place an order, I wanted to try a Grimace Shake which wasn't on the menu. For context, the Grimace Shake is a milkshake dedicated to celebrating the 52nd birthday of Grimace, one of McDonald's mascots. The shake was only sold in June/July 2023. One of the employees was friendly and checked if they had the ingredients for a Grimace Shake in stock before taking my order. I was skeptical about the availability of the Grimace Shake since they were only offered temporarily, but I was in the area after visiting a beach nearby so I decided to take a chance. I was excited to hear that the shake was available and the employee prepared it quickly. I love the light purple color of the shake, but it tasted artificial (as expected). The shake had hints of blueberry and vanilla, and it was topped with whipped cream. My brother said the shake reminded him of a Go-Gurt yogurt. Also, this location has a Play Place which I enjoyed playing at as a kid!

Over the last year I have Visited this McDonald's location many times this location has many problems I have received dry burgers fries that are cold But today Was the last straw I went in there ordered a meal and Proceed to pay with my debit card the machine said chip card error and it felt like there was something stuck in it so I continued to try the machine did not give me the option to swipe the card when I Asked the merchant to manually entered my card he refused I was forced to leave without food what was even worse was I used the same debit card Before & After this incident meaning that the problem was the card reader At no point did the employee acknowledge that there was a problem with this they simply turned me away and the interaction was overall a negative experience
