This place is wonderful! I've tried almost everything on the menu, standout items are xiaolongbao, fresh cucumber salad, zha-jiang noodles, and spicy wontons. All of the vegetable dishes are good, but the spicy green beans are my favorite. I live in the neighborhood so I go every week, one of the best places in linda mar.

The dumplings and noodles were very bland and mediocre. We were very let down by the flavor of the food and didn’t even want to finish it…. Which never happens for me with dumplings.

Small, great restaurant with great dumplings and fresh, healthy side dishes. The service was very attentive and friendly. I find the offline customer review wall very original.

Gave this place a try and unfortunately we were underwhelmed. It was pricey for small portions. Some of our soup dumplings were undercooked with the pork inside being pink and slimy. The service was okay but I don’t think we’ll go back. Still gotta make the drive into SF for some better dumplings. Bummer.

probably the best vegetarian potstickers i’ve had, well cooked and crispy on the bottom with a nice soft inside. pretty fast service, we ordered to go and it took about 10 minutes for two sets of vegetarian dumplings. my only complaint is that the tipping options start too high, it’s a bit ridiculous. i didn’t end up tipping because the range was roughly 18%, 25%, or 30% which is on the high end for sit down but too high for takeout

Noodles overcooked. Tiny tiny portions.

The food looks and tastes like it’s purchased from Costco and warmed up on the stove. Overpriced for what you get. I’m sorry to give a sad review to a small business but this I can’t let go. $30 for an order of a wonton soup that was like an1/4 cup of soup and chicken/ spinach dumplings that were at most an appetizer for one person.
The hostess was very nice and the place is clean.

My husband and I are here from out of town and were craving some dumplings!? This spot was great! The dumplings were delicious, almost every table was taken and the food still came out very quickly! Everything tasted so fresh and delicious!! If we ever happen to be in Pacifica again we will definitely be coming back!

Dietary restrictions: I have a nut-allergy and was told there were no nuts in the dumplings and I felt comfortable eating here!

Amazing food and service! Fried Spring Rolls and Soup Dumplings were outstanding! We also had Pork and Chive Dumplings and Vegetable Pot Stickers which were fantastic! Make sure to spread some of the housemade chili condiment on your Green Onion Pancake!
Do not skip some dessert, delicious mango mochi and pumpkin pancake.
Service was attentive and professional. I think it may have been the owner who took care of us, and if it wasn’t he seemed to take pride in everything he served us.
We are visiting from the east coast, where we have fantastic authentic Asian Restaurants, and Must Be Dumpling is top notch!

Yummy yummy in my tummy! A sweet little dumpling restaurant near the beach. Kids and Parents both love the food. Servers are really nice and restaurant is warm and inviting. Our faves are the Xiao Long Bao soup dumplings, the pork and chive dumplings and the spicy wings. Will return again and again!
