5 star neighborhood spot.
Kids and I love the garlic noodles with beef and vegetables. Literally better than many of the famous sf spots.
Kids love the chicken noodle pho and I enjoy the number 6a and 7.
Cold noodles like no 26 are very good too.
Bahn mi is good. Not the best but solid.
We love the older lady, she has a beautiful smile.

Get the beef stew. Get the beef stew. Get the beef stew. The fat and meat from the cube of beef goodness blend so perfectly with the red soup. For added flavor a lime wedge or two can be added. The best beef stew I’ve ever had…extremely flavorful. 11/10 stars

Imperial Rolls, they're one of my all time favorites and there was once a local restaurant, in San Francisco, which I regarded as the best. However, it closed when the owners retired and I haven't quite found its equal. These were above okay and below my old restaurant's standards, but it's better than nada.
They're akin to the Filipino lumpias, these with more heft and you wrap lettuce around the rolls along with some of the pickley veggies and then dip it in a sauce for an explosion of flavor in your mouth.
There's a bit of playful construction while consuming and that's half the fun, an engaging and immersive culinary experience. Anyway, I was a happy fellow having these for lunch and I'll surely be back!

I ordered their combination banh mi to go. I haven't had a banh mi in a while, but I was surprised by how oily the bread was and I don't remember my past banh mi's being this oily? It had a very generous amount of meat, but it just didn't really have much taste to it... I still finished it, but it was nothing to write home about. For the price ($10), I expected more flavor.

Meat - 2 BBQ pork, 1 chicken— meats were so tender and flavorful; vegetables- crisp fresh nice. Bread— fresh flaky and soft

Walked in . Sat down. Heard the phone ring. Employee rushed out of the bathroom. Answered the phone . While he's on the phone he proceeded to hand me a menu. Noticing he's wearing gloves . Didn't see him wash his hands . Or change gloves. I left right away. That's absolutely disgusting. Is basic food safety not a thing anymore??
Pho was great, not busy at all so I got to sit in a nice spot by the window. They had 2 large tvs. One was playing cartoons, other was animal lover channel. Not mad at it.
