The food at Oasis is solid. We came in for lunch at 11:30am on a Tuesday with no wait. We were the first ones there. The food came out fast. The restaurant was too clean for a Vietnamese noodle restaurant. Our waiter knew the menu well and was competent. I had their #2 pho dac biet with egg noodles $14.45. The broth could be better and the noodles easily broke apart. Still good though. The satay beef noodles $16 were better. It had a very good broth. As for the shrimp garlic noodles $14.45, it was overly salty with a good garlic taste. This was not bad. Good job chef and waiter at Oasis.

Great little spot! Dropped by here after my toddlers swim class at Anderson and didn’t disappoint. Service was friendly, restaurant was clean, and the noodles hit the spot. They recommended the dry vermicelli noodles with imperial rolls and charbroiled pork. It’s massive and delicious. Well worth the money. My son also loved the kid’s size pho. He sat there and enjoyed it for over an hour!

Not the food I’m used to have growing up in Vietnam but I’m very happy with what they have here. The Bun Bo Hue is always on point, so full and satisfying.

For a place with “pho” (on their physical sign) in the name, the chicken pho wasn’t very good. The noodles broke apart with minimal effort and the chicken wasn’t very tender. Staff was friendly enough, but unless you want to wait a long time you’re better off going to the counter to ask for anything you need and the check.

We got take out from here recently. The staff is friendly and efficient, but the food is terrible. #2 and #28A A pho dish and a vermicelli with five spice chicken.I wouldn't give this food to a homeless person. What a waste of calories!

We came by for a Sunday lunch and were given a table right away. The restaurant became packed right after noon though. It gives off a very casual and mom & pops vibes... right by the beach!Service: Our waiter was friendly, quick, and efficient.Food: Eh. Could be betterFresh coconut juice - Holy grail item. A MUST get. Super refreshing and authentic *_*Fried imperial rolls - Not much flavor tbh. Only tasted good dipped in the sauce sooo... that kind of speaks for itself.Chicken noodle soup - Noodles were so weird. They were too firm in the beginning but got progressively sticky yet still kind of firm. Broth wasn't that flavorful either... I can't put my finger on what was missing... Wouldn't come back.

Banh mi fish cake was good. Pho broth is good l, meat is good but the noodle pretty broken not fresh. Even though it named in Vietnamese but when speaking Vietnamese at the order time, the waitress has no idea ?.

09.23.2023My friend was craving for some Vietnamese food, so we came here! It's actually one of his favorite go-to places for Vietnamese food. Prior to this day, I haven't been here before. So, this review is my first impression. I noticed that this is a mom and pop shop. (Go support small businesses!! ) =) My friend ordered the curry vermicelli noodle dish and the shrimp spring rolls. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue and garlic noodles with chicken. I really enjoyed the bun bo hue. It was flavorful and my goodness, look at the generous portion! Honestly this is the perfect size for me since I do love to eat! The noodles were cooked perfectly. I don't like it when places overcook the noodles. I'm a huge fan of these thick rice noodles. The broth is very rich and flavorful. I love how the broth wasn't overly spicy. The bun bo hue comes with some basil, bean sprouts, lemon and cilantro on the side. Let's talk about the meat and the cubes of pig's blood. There's spicy beef, and pork leg. There's such a generous amount in here!!! The meat was tender, the pig's blood was also very enjoyable. (If you're afraid to get this dish because of the pig's blood, then ask for it to be made without it). I really enjoyed the gelatinous-ness of the pork leg! The shrimp spring rolls were okay. I'm generally used to dipping them in a creamy peanut sauce. The sauce here wasn't doing much for me. The spring rolls were a bit lacking for me because it only had noodles, lettuce and the shrimp. There wasn't any cucumber inside. It was still enjoyable with the bun bo hue. It added a refreshing element, which complimented the spiciness of the bun bo hue. The garlic noodles were decent. It wasn't the best I've ever had, but I really enjoyed the potion size! The noodles were lacking in garlic flavor. I felt like I couldn't taste a whole lot of garlic. The chicken didn't have a lot of 5 spice seasoning, but I like how it wasn't dry. The chicken was tender. Back to the noodles: they were actually SOOO SOO salty. It felt like I was eating a spoonful of sodium/salt. I just wish the chicken had more flavor, and that the noodles were more garlicky, but less salty! It could use more minced garlic. Overall, I really enjoyed the meal and the service was good too. I would like to come back to try some other items on their menu.

Big bowl of soup for the win!I got what I wanted! The Big Bowl of Pho and Iced Coffee. Mom got the Seafood Noodle Soup. The Boss wanted to try something different and got the Pan Fried Crepe with Shrimp & Pork Specialty. The soups were as expected. Good, warm and filling! The Crepe was a little different from what she expected but she still chowed down on it until it was all gone!Service was good. Definitely worth the visit!

Service: greatAmbiance: super casual and spacious Food:Oasis Noodle Combo ($14.95)- This is their signature pho with different types of beef as well as raw beef on the side. I love how much meat they give in this one and is a classic to get!Five Spice Chicken Noodle Soup ($10.95)- I added fishballs in my soup to this one and it was super light and hearty. However, the five spice chicken was SUPER overcooked/dry. I don't know if I would get this again.I love how I was able to order a side of pork blood/tripe here! Their broth kind of has a Chinese cooking taste to it.
