Puerto 27 Restaurant Reviews
I’ve been a loyal customer at this restaurant for years, but my recent experience was unacceptable. I placed a pickup order last Wednesday and was later informed I’d been given the wrong order. I explained the food had already been opened, and they told me to come pick up the correct order without mentioning returning the original. When I arrived, I offered to return the opened food, but they said it was fine and let me leave with the correct order.

The Puerto 27 Restaurant offers a mixed dining experience, with both praise and criticism for its menu items. While the ceviche is excellent but pricey, the empanadas are described as average yet expensive. The paella and soup are noted as being too oily, but the overall food quality is described as delicious.
The restaurant is praised for its attentive, patient, and helpful waitstaff, who are accommodating of dietary requirements. Additionally, the restaurant is known for its great energy and beautiful ocean views, making it a popular choice for special occasions.
The Calvin Perez family, who owns the restaurant, is recognized for their understanding of the customer base and their preparation of quality Peruvian dishes. The restaurant has multiple locations, but it does not rely on brand name marketing, instead focusing on providing a great neighborhood dining experience.
Customers have consistently praised the restaurant's fantastic food and friendly staff. The Paella and squid ink noodles are highlighted as flavorful and packed with seafood. The atmosphere is lively, especially during special occasions, though the noise level can make conversation challenging at times. Overall, the Puerto 27 Restaurant is a recommended destination for those seeking a quality Peruvian dining experience.
