This is the perfect place to get a great bite of food and a tasty beer. Relaxed environment with a friendly Seahorse / ocean vibe. Owner is welcoming and makes some incredible food. They have tv, music, fireplace and games. Check it out when you’re in the area! 10/10.

We showed up with 40+ people on a Saturday afternoon after a sports game with only 30 mins notice. The seahorse brewing team were accommodating, welcoming and even allowed us to play our own music. They also offered a group deal on food which was very thoughtful. We had great food (the sausage, ribs, and smoked tri tip was 👌) and drinks. And all very reasonably priced! Thanks to the Seahorse brewing team!

This is a dive. The beer is good, but cocktails are bad (bad mixers).
Food was really bad. Pizza and fries were bad. Sausage was good but sauerkraut was not.
The bartender lady was a bit rude initially but warmed up later.

Scott is absolutely amazing! He’s incredibly genuine and kind, making you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is laid-back and inviting, and the smell of delicious food hits you as soon as you enter. It’s the perfect spot to relax, watch some games, and enjoy great food. I’ll definitely be back!

I added a star because the sausage I had was tasty and relatively inexpensive.

First off. Not a brewery, do not go here expecting a craft brewery of any sort.

I drove into Pacifica after a day on the coast and was interested in some food and a drink, I was also enticed by the food prices. Sad to say I was very disappointed.

When I walked in both owners were sitting at the bar on their laptops, no one else was in the establishment. I'm okay with that, I come from a small town, and to me that signaled down-to-earth owners. They asked what they could do for me, and I said I was interested in food and drink.

The bar was in desperate need of being cleaned, you may think that since they were on their computers that everything was taken care of, but even under where I chose to sit at the bar it was crusted with goodness knows what. The back of the bar was cluttered with odds and ends so it looked a bit like a thrift shop, empty bottles, candles, boxes, random stuff.

I ordered a Moscow mule and was pleased to see the husband hunt down a copper mug and fresh-squeeze the limes. I thought the drink tasted weak, but I was willing to believe it was just a really good mule.

I was not offered a menu or given any way to see food options when asked what I wanted to eat, so on my own I opened the website and ordered a Seahorse Sausage from there. I was not given the listed side of potato salad, and the sauerkraut and cheese on the sausage was mediocre. I was charged the full price.

The meat was good, I'll say that much, and he brought it out quickly. Nothing better than what I could get on a stand outside a concert venue though.

After my sausage the husband left and I was left in awkward silence while the wife sat on her laptop, I had to ask for service instead of being asked if I wanted anything when my drink was empty. I ordered a second mule before I decided to head out, which was made by the wife. No lime was added at all, no copper mug, and again it tasted weak.

I was consistently polite and quiet, and paid my bill and left.

HERE is the kicker for me. I have a pocket breathalyzer courtesy of my paranoid mother. For fun I decided to test my BAC because I, a 140lb. female, just downed two hard alcohol drinks in less than an hour and I felt nothing. Surprise surprise, a BAC of 0. Those drinks had no liquor in them. I was charged $8 a piece for fancy soda.

Not happy. I came here with perfectly positive notions and I left having paid too much for not enough. Save your money.

Not an actual brewery, just a taphouse serving other people's beer. With that said, Good selection of 16 beers on tap. Interesting interior with wood and nautical themes. $8 beers

The exact vibe I was looking for. Local, beer, snacks.

Don’t bring your whiney, touristy kids and throw a fit that nobody cares about your problems.

It’s chill and has a real fire. Relax and enjoy.

Location is listed as open, but it is closed right now at 2pm on a Sunday.

We ate here during Fogfest to sit get a break and hopefully get a decent meal. Maybe it’s because it was a busy day but the food was awful. My son’s pizza was so burnt it was inedible. I could have used some of the crust for charcoal. My husband’s ribs were under done and my SIL’s bacon cheeseburger had no bacon. We sat in the “patio”, there were cigarettes butts all over the place and a charcoal fluid empty container. I will never give them my business again. Things are too expensive to waste your money on possibly getting sick from food. Like others have said it’s a bar and that is all it should be.

I wanted a pizza, they made me a pizza! I wanted an IPA, they had space dust on tap! I needed food on a Saturday night, Seahorse is actually open past 7pm unlike everyone else in Pacifica. Check the specials and give this place a try.

Vegetarian options: Made a veggie pizza

Parking: There was I think five or six spots in their lot and several options on side streets.

It’s not a Brewery, is a bar. No minors.
Edit: Went with my family last Sunday afternoon. There is a “no under 21” sign at the door. We got in and asked if minors were allowed and were told no. End up going to Humble sea.
Edit 2: I did not see any sign saying kids were welcome. I would love to see proof that my wife did not get in and ask if minors were allowed. Why I would go over the trouble of writing a review? The reason for 1 star is to warn people with families that normally explore breweries. Only people with little ones know how hard it can be to get out of the house sometimes to be turned away on a place labeled as brewery.

Awesome spot with a great selection of smoked meats. I really like the tri-tip, beef ribs, and pizza. It has friendly people, nice atmosphere, and a cozy fireplace.

Really charming spot in the middle of Pacifica. No menu, just talk to the barkeep for what's left on the smoker. Tri-tip was very tender and tasty. Pork ribs had a thick & good dry-rub but I prefer a little BBQ sauce myself (personal preference). The macaroni salad was perfectly simple to compliment the BBQ. Dog friendly. Fun spot.

We were outside waiting for our dog to relieve herself and picking up after her, it was no more than 3 minutes. We had one of the workers walked up to us and harassed us continuously asking “what are you doing here” in a very assertive tone. We were going to go in after we picked up after our dog, but decided to just leave because of the interaction with the worker(we assume was the bartender because we saw him behind the bar as we drove out of the parking lot). There was no need to come up to us and ask us “what are you doing here” in such a stern voice when we were doing nothing wrong. It was very intimidating.

Comfy bar vibe mixed with great prices on food and drinks equals an unmatched chill vibe. The perfect place to relax when you’re not whale watching or surfing! The smoked beer and food are excellent as well!
