We stopped in to get individual holiday pies for 5 and thought we needed a variety they were out of. They planned a on making more and offered an option to hold what they had now and add the missing ones in a few hours. On verifying with family, my daughter discovered preferences had changed so we were able to fill the order then. We felt the shop was very helpful and accommodating. The bourbon pecan pie I had was very good.

Shampa's never disappoints I have been coming to the storefront for years now. My go to is their brown butter chocolate chip cookies with sea salt. It is probably one of the better cookies I've had from a pie shop. The chocolate they use is from Guittard chocolate company very good quality chocolate. I've had their pies also which are really tasty they have some seasonal flavors wish you really shouldn't miss out on. When I'm in the Pacifica area are we stop buy shampoo and pick up a dozen how's the chocolate chip cookies yes they are that good.

Shampa's mini pies for pi day were a hit! Pecan, lemon, apple, chocolate, sweet potato - every single one was delicious. Crust was perfect. Fillings were the perfect sweetness (not too sweet). I want more!

Great local pie shop. Their chocolate pie and pumpkin pie are delicious. Also try out a pie a la mode with a scoop of Mitchell’s ice cream offered in store. This is a wonderful small business to support in Pacifica for dessert!

Somewhat larger than bite-size pies. Pretty darn good though. Personal favorite was the sweet potato.

I needed a pumpkin pie short notice. Shampas was the third nearest bakery. Lucky they had one. My family and I absolutely loved it. Very tasty & smooth filling. I added some Reddi-wip. Very good pie. I'll definitely be back for more pies soon.

Shampa’s serves my favorite pie in the city! I love the crumbly cookie top in their fruit cobblers. Since they use fruit that is in season, their offerings change frequently. Must order the peach cobbler!!!

Love having Shampa's as my local bakery. They stepped up and saved a holiday, when I had last minute changes happen. They have increased the availability of hand pies in store. They branched out and make cookies. The large pies are a wonderful treat for when I host, or to take to an event. Not a fan of the crust-to-filling ratio of the sampler pies. But I LOVE the hand pies. Proper ratio, that includes on outer flakey, crunchiness. The brown butter cookies...omg, they do not fall for the trap of cloying chewiness. They are a great balance of crispy bottom; 'sandy' edges and top, with a chewy middle. Not a cookie style found much anymore. Definitely a cookie for cookie baking aficionados. What is available in-store varies greatly day to day, but since they sell at Farmer's Markets, hitting it up close to a Saturday is the sweet spot.

Ten years ago I was diagnosed with a severe dairy allergy. So, most desert options are off the table for me. It was rather life changing. Now, when I was young my favorite pie was without doubt, Lemon Meringue. Well, no more of that for me! But then I found Shampa’s and asked if they could do a dairy-free version. This sounds easy, but it’s not. At least if you want it to taste authentic. Well, Shampa’s did just that! Took me right back to my childhood. And if that can do that pie, they can do anything. So if you are looking for a pie on the Peninsula, you can never go wrong with Shampa’s!!
Dietary restrictions: They will make many pies using non-dairy ingredients. Not all can be done, but many.

The best apple pie I ever had
A charming pie shop but pies are not good. Crust was soggy, and we found a long golden hair in the middle of our pie.
