Service was very rude to the DoorDash driver. And made him wait outside for 45 minutes. Drivers don’t deserve rudeness. Female worker at Sourdough and Company who worked lunchtime on Monday, October 11, 2025.

This review is not for the food, but for the customer service at this location. I ordered, ate, and left, only to go home and realize my phone earbuds were missing.

I called the store and a man who I think was the manager picked up. Not only did he look for them, he also asked me if I had associated a name with my order and what I got so he could check the video footage. He was able to pinpoint when I was there and told me he'd call me back if he saw that I'd dropped them on the video.

I ended up finding them, but I am so deeply appreciative of the time the employees here took to reassure me they were doing everything they could to help me with my lost item. They truly went above and beyond and I hope they are recognized for it.

Amazing food presentation and quality. At first we were hesitant thinking we were going to get fast food quality but glad we gave this place a try. Very yummy, great service and in dining was still comfortable. Bill was a little pricey but worth it.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and was disappointed because there was hardly any tuna on 1 sandwich and little pastrami on the other sandwich. The bread was good but hardly any ingredients and for the price I was expecting more.
