Not what I expected coming front the starbread in Daly City. The bread we got today was very crispy, hard and did not feel fresh. Definitely not coming here again. If you want good senorita bread, go to the location in Daly City. Very disappointing

Staff is just rude and miserable!! Food was good but we felt like we were inconveniencing them by simply being patrons. No hello when we walked in, No thank you, no goodbye, barely any eye contact. Just bad. We all have bad days or grumpy moods but you. are. at. work. Act like it!!

i have loved this bakery for a very long time. i go there with my friends afterschool very frequently. however, i recently had a bad experience with a very rude staff member. i always order 4 lumpias, so i ordered it as usual. i was very polite, and she should recognize me from how often i go there. she said that lumpia is now "made to order" and so i would order it and come back in 10 or so minutes. i said that was perfectly fine, and then ordered my 4 lumpias. she got very snarky and very defensive, saying "four?! only four?! im not going to cook a batch just for four." i as a bit put off by her tone, but i simply said that that was fine and started walking out. she just kept saying that its not worth it for four, saying i can't just order four, and laughing at me. i just politely said "okay, thats fine" and continued walking out. i have never had a bad experience until that day, but the worker was so rude that it may take me a while to return.

The placed needs cleaned badly. The person behind the counter was cold and somewhat rude. Did not say hello or good bye or ask if we even wanted the item heated and so said item is as mediocre as a school lunch. Total waste of time and money and we feel less as a person by the person working for having gone there.
