While I understand starbucks' mission to reduce plastic, the new cups simply do not work for Refreshers. It also was quite unprofessional for the partner to check that I placed an order to give me water.

Worst store ever to deal with. You need to pay tips to get good drink . That store is worst store in all Starbucks stores and management should really look at those hired at that store. Only Starbucks store dirty . Closing before time . Do managment really care about politeness and respect for people ? . They can not even keep the store clean like other stores .
The barista was so patient, kindly and affable. Easy parking at the mall. Right across from the ocean. Bonus there. Being in a supermarket not so fun, but convenient.
