Poor and rude service. The staff boy spilled my coffee over the holder at the pickup counter, didn’t apologize, took it back saying “it is not yours” then handed it back saying it was mine. …without cleaning the spill or saying anything. I don’t want to come back, spend my money here again.

It was really busy when I was there and the barista was busting her butt. Even though she was running like crazy, she had time to say a few words to every customer. It was really impressive to watch her interact with everyone while makinf everyone's coffees. Excellent job to everyone who were hustling that morning.

Headed to a park at the ocean and we planned a little hike. We stopped here for some coffee on the way. We got to-go cups and brought them back to the car so by the time we got to the park we were ready to go.
Picked up 2 drinks they messed up on so I had to return to have them fix it. It still tasted like they didn't put none of the vanilla scoops or vanilla syrup. I've never had a Starbucks so plane with no flavor. Will definitely never return to this starbucks.

Ok coffee and service, but deafeningly loud club music playing always. Like so loud you can't even listen to your own music with noise canceling earphones on. If looking for a place to meet friends and have a conversation, study, or just a peaceful cup of coffee definitely go elsewhere.
