very unhappy ordered matcha latte from app 10 mins. ago & still not here. then had 2 get n line 4 vanilla scone bc not on menu? guy said may have tahen off bc running out. they shouldbe given me 2 4 1 price since I wanted 3 & only 2 av & had 2 get n line...horrible svc.! thinking of not going 2 Starbucks ever again once app $ used up! :-(
