Zero stars if I could. Placed a mobile order at 5:55 AM on a MONDAY MORNING for a basic iced coffee. Walked in and stood there like a statue for over five minutes while THREE employees wandered around looking completely clueless before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally get told, “Oh… we’re out of iced coffee.”

It’s not even 6:00 AM yet. On a Monday. At a coffee shop that opens at 5 AM. How is this even possible? Three grown adults on the clock and not one of them thought to brew iced coffee before the rush? This isn’t a pop-up lemonade stand; it’s supposed to be a professional coffee operation.

Their genius solution? “We can give you cold brew.” No real apology, no recovery drink, nothing. Just a shrug and a push of whatever they had left. I paid for iced coffee, not your backup plan.

Easily the most incompetent Starbucks I’ve ever stepped foot in. If you can’t manage basic prep with three people on staff before 6 AM on the busiest coffee day of the week, just shut the doors and stop wasting everyone’s time. Pacifica deserves better than this. I really wish there was a Pete's here care or philz at least I know I'm going to be there for a while waiting on a good cup of coffee not waiting on a machine produce coffee at Starbucks that can't even get pumped out within the mobile order time window.

This is my second negative review at this particular location. I've managed Starbucks before and I and very dissatisfied with their service. This time, I came in there were four people behind the counter and no one said hello. I can deal with that but I waited a few minutes and then The barista asked me if I had a mobile order and she just handed me my drink. No smile no thank you nothing. Remember the consumers are the ones that keep your job. The store manager needs to do better with teaching The team how to be warm and welcoming and also show gratitude. Since this is the second negative experience I've had with this location, I'm starting to notice a pattern.

This Starbucks is the worse Starbucks of the area, always new staff and they don’t know what they doing, 3 times ordered dragon fruit lemonade drink, and we always order light ice and they never do that, the last time I checked and I realize bunch of ice in the venty one and I asked the guy who did the drink and he was telling me that’s the way they been trained to do, and is not true because other Starbucks around do it different, very disappointing. Looks like they don’t follow customers request!!!

I normally don’t write any reviews whether it was a good or bad experience until this very moment. What I just encountered baffled me. The disrespect I experienced with SAMMY was uncalled for. She was unprofessional with no sense of customer service. I have been in customer service for many years and this person doesn’t know what it means. SAMMY created a very bad experience that I will never forget. I don’t even know why she works there if she hates it so much. Work somewhere else where you don’t have to deal with people if that’s how you treat customers. Life will teach you humble realizations so learn it.

We happened to be in the area and passing by. We spotted this coffee shop and we thought, "Why not?" Service was fast and we were quickly on our way with some good coffee to continue our travels.
