I've seen a lot larger Starbucks who struggle with a bigger staff. Michael is the captain of his trade and runs this store flawlessly with less. The teamIs organized, polite, fast, and drives the brand to a whole new level. the amount of coordination, and teamwork can be seen through the creations in a cup. My favorite Starbucks by far. The staff remembers your go to order. I’ve been to many Starbucks where if you order at the store you get yours after they’ve handled mobile orders of people who aren’t even there yet. But this Starbucks does a great job balancing both. Employees there know what they’re doing, it could be super busy but as soon as someone walks in they still get greeted.
This is my local Starbies and full of nice friendly baristas. I have two drinks that I order regularly. Grande Chai with soy milk extra hot and Grande iced green tea matcha with soy and sweetner.
