Great lunch spot

Restroom out of order sign. Reason: "they don't have to provide a restroom because of the pandemic." Is that a Pacifica city rule? I would think restrooms improved health and hygiene. Then the guy at the register got an idea and said "since you bought just a juice, it's on me" meaning the problem is with me. As if the restroom will magically be in order if I bought a footlong. Or maybe two footlong and a bag of chips and two sodas. I am not coming back here ever. He lost a lot of future sales because of the smart aleck comment and not saying sorry for not having a restroom available.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and AWFUL sandwiches! Latino man working was rude, very condescending, and utterly arrogant in the position he holds. I felt so uncomfortable and will never ever come to this Subway location again! I'll go to Safeway deli next time, at least there I won't feel harassed!

I guess you should trust the Yelp and the fact that this place is a two star. They should give them 1 star the most. I just stopped by tonight to order a sandwich and door was partially open. There was a sign that says wet floor. I tried to ask if they are open so I could wait while waiting for floor to be dried. The employee attitude was really bad and she just said " didn't you read the sign out there". Instead she could be nice and at least offer to come back in 10 minutes or so when the floor is dry. When my wife tries to ask about the service, she said we have the right to refuse the service. I honestly don't understand what her problem was but certainly don't waste your money and time visiting this store. I am in customer service business and understand that respecting and being nice to your customer is the only service you can provide. I hope the owner read this and at least train their employees how to treat people.

When you visit this Subway location they tell that don’t participate in any promotion and don’t take any coupons. But when you go online you can see that promotion works. They are liars.

Had coupon, in very small print on counter stating no coupons! Plus my steak & cheese had hardly any meat a total top off!

The worst Subway I've been in! They aren't "Participating" in the promotion , blaming covid even though they're a take out sandwich shop that is doing what appears to be the same amount of business if not more than before the virus.. Can you say gouging? Then I asked for mayonnaise and when he starts putting the tuna on I see mustard. I ask why he put mustard on it and he says "I heard you say mustard". They didn't have avocado, even though they're in season and priced accordingly. I wouldn't go back if they were giving sandwiches away! Rude and unacceptable service. I miss the Kihei Subway store on Maui, these people in Linda Mar act like they're doing you a favor by simply doing the job they get paid for doing. Now I remember why I moved to Maui in the first place.

Very disappointed. Used app for first time. Went to Linda Mar store at the time it advised. Walked in 1 person only working. He advised he was running behind needed to give him 10-15 min no problem went back into car. Then sandwiches done went in grabbed sandwiches and realized they where cold and normally hot. We ordered chicken bacon melt and philly steak. Opened sandwiches outside of door and noticed they left off back to the chicken bacon melt. When right back inside explained no bacon and cold. He advised we didn't select hot button, first time using app we had no idea for normally hot sandwiches.. Also then we advised we missed an item on one sandwich, he refused to correct issue heated us bacon and placed in plastic. Very dissatisfied as he advised only remake if there error and leaving off ingredient is there fault. My car was placed right out front of store.. beware ordering online from Subway Linda Mar and be careful on the app. Long time customer but am very upset with this purchase. They want us to use apps and order online but so much better to order in store and watch every move so nothing goes wrong.

I love going to Subway, but there is no reason to lock the doors during business hours. If the teenaged worker wants to take a lunch break, that's fine, but don't lock the doors and then respond over the phone that you're still open.It wasn't anywhere near closing time.

Dec-5 Thursday, 2:40 pm, I was trying to order some food the guy called Pablo was touching his nose while making my sandwich.What a terrible thing to do in front of a customer. Never go back there nasty subway nasty Pablo!
