Never again 😭
Cashier was on phone for almost 10min while I was only person in store, no acknowledgment. Out of products, & no consideration for modifications. Thai tea is watered down with jasmine tea? Boba no good, soaked in who knows what? So unfortunate, was passable when they first opened. Hopefully they step it up 🙏🏽
Really great selection, friendly staff. Perfect treat after a long day!
32 oz horchata-avocado milk tea. Pretty tasty for $7.62
Tea World is my favorite boba shop in Pacifica.
The ice cream is too soft. This is an insult to ice cream, and when we got the ice cream,it was dripping like someone put it in the microwave.
-too soft
- too sweet
- mixed everything together and looks not good
+ the server is nice.

Came in with my daughter first time tonight for ice cream - ordered a toffee crunch double scoop. They gave me an espresso toffee crunch, the "espresso" was written on the line above the toffee crunch and Kim did not correct me. I told Kim i didn't like espresso and asked for something else. They hummed and hawed and after a few minutes reluctantly gave me one scoop. I will never go back - Kim's weak service cost you a new customer (or 2) over one scoop of ice cream.

We like trying to support local stores and ordered several boba tea drinks. The store folks were friendly and patient with all the options for the drinks. With only two people it did take some time to complete th order as many folks were coming in. Unfortunately for us, everyone felt they had weak tea flavor. One person did not like the texture of the boba, too chewy. Maybe we will give it another try the next time we pass through to make sure it wasn’t just an off day.

Best Boba place on the Peninsula, Hands down. Great ice cream as well for when kids want Boba but I want ice cream. ?
Vegetarian options: You can pretty easily make drinks vegan as well.
Dietary restrictions: They have different options for milks and the drinks are highly customizable.
Kid-friendliness: My kids love this place. They agree it’s the best Novak place ever.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor with close access to the door from the parking lot/disabled parking spots. Accessible/ramped curbs.

Meh. Staff seemed in a hurry for me to make up my mind of what to order....Ordered a macha bubble tea on a whim and got an unsweetened, luke warm bitter matcha mixture with no ice. Not a great experience
