I have been going to Huarache Veloz for many years but every time it gets worse the last 3 times I ordered something it was not very good the 1st time the food was cold, the 2nd time it was missing a huarache and the third was the worst the quesadillas were very golden 2 of The 3 tamales were raw and the fries were frozen and less than a small order from McDonald's and for $4.50 no more Huarache Veloz like the wrestlers 3 chances and out. ???????

Sooo over priced and the owners are so greedy charging $1 per side of small salsa. Their excuse when I asked why: "when you go to wing stop they charge for it" this isn't wing stop, every Mexican place gives salsa for free. SPECIALLY AFTER SPENDING $50... Muy caro y Los dueños son unos codos y encajosos. Te Cobran un dolar por salsas extra.Aun despues de gastar mas De $50 en comida.

YOU NEED TO GO HERE!!!What backs up my claim?I'm as Mexican as they get (I was born there) and I've tasted many Mexican food places.This places has some bomb Huaraches that get you salivating. I'm salivating while writing this ?. Listen to me when I say the salsa Verde (Green Salsa) is so addicting!!!The first time I had it, I was hooked. The way that is parties in my mouth is like going to a Hype Quinceñera (Trust me I've been to many).YOU WONT REGRET IT!! (And if you do email me and we'll have a talk)

I went to breakfast and ordered with my family, I wanted to pay cash and the cashier told me that I didn't have any change, that I should go change it and come back, that is, you have to go get change because you didn't want to change from your fund. What a barbara ? I'm not coming back, there's no way I'll have to start my chilango business.

Saturday 9:00 am, we are one of the first customers and the cashier says that she has no change for a 100 dollar bill for a 73 dollar purchase. What a way to lose customers. It is an oversight on the part of the handlers to not have funds to make change because that is the nature of a cashier.

They are not attentive and spend their time ignoring customers. I ordered food for pickup and arrived at the time they told me on the phone to show up and pay and told me to keep waiting for my food while there was a bag on the counter there. After 10 minutes of waiting, they checked my order and discovered it was the bag that was there. The food was cold. The food is good but the service is terrible. I hope your experience is better and not so frustrating.

Awful customer service. My family and I were loyal customers for YEARS. But there was a miscommunication with the rude male cashier taking orders. He gave me a mushroom quesadilla when I ordered a chicken one. When I brought this to his attention, he said the mushroom one was made, and if I wanted chicken, I'd have to place another order and pay for it. I decided to leave the quesadilla with another female worker. She asked what was wrong with it and if I wanted another. SO she was going to go and have the correct order made and he stopped her and said " what are you doing she told you she didn't want it, leave it." She looked openly upset that he didn't allow her to correct their mistake for a PAYING CUSTOMER. And I told him he was rude and she was trying to fix the situation and he wasn't letting her. SO they lost my business forever. It's unbelievable how they treat paying customers. If it wasn't for us, they wouldn't have a business to run. Maybe they should use their earnings to send their staff to train on how to treat customers.

This place is great. The food is so good. Portion size and quality, definitely worth the price. Fresh, made to order food. Carne asada huarache was of a nice quality with a very tasty flavor. The meat was easy to cut through even with a plastic knife. The chorizo huarache also had a nice flavor and of good quality. Great service, first you place your order at the counter, they give you a number, then you pick a seat. Servers bring food to your table. I will definitely be back to try more huarache flavors.
