El Huarache Veloz Reviews
The food was decent, but nothing really stood out. The portions were good, but the flavors were just average. The service was okay, although it was a bit slow during my visit. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I expected a little more. I might give it another try in the future.
Very good Real Mexican food.
My wife and I stopped here for lunch before we headed back home to Oregon. Her sister and some her family also came for lunch.
I visited around three times while I was in Burbank; I'm from New York, and it's difficult to find decent Mexican restaurants here. I will definitely return. What a hole in the wall. This restaurant serves wonderful food that isn't very fancy.

El Huarache Veloz is a must-visit! The customer service has greatly improved post-Covid, now friendly and attentive. The Huaraches, milanesa, and steak are top favorites. The green sauce is delicious, and many love the piña fruit water. Parking can be tricky during peak hours, especially during lunch time. The place is often very busy. Although some reviews mention that the food is not as good as it used to be, others say it is tasty and served quickly. Food is made to order, and while orders might arrive at different times, the service is generally good. Despite some seating issues and minor complaints, it's a delicious and worthwhile spot for Mexican cuisine.
