My wife stopped by this El Pollo Loco tonight to pick me up something to eat since she was nearby. I asked for the original pollo bowl with no beans or onion. I also asked if they could add extra salsa in the bowl instead.

When my wife went, she said there was no one in the drive thru so she used that to placed the order. They made the bowl exactly how I wanted it. The only issue I had with the bowl was that they didn't give a good portion of chicken. For...

When I got there I was greeted and the employee was helpful answering questions as it was my first time at this chain. I ordered family meal with habanero salsa , The mac n cheese was pretty good, and the coleslaw . Definitely I’m come back again

My mom had ordered food from here and they gave us and uncooked stuffed steak it wasn’t hardened on the outside and it looked like it hadn’t been toasted or nothing it was cold when my brother had opened it he had to toast it up himself? they also gave him the wrong meat they gave him a chicken one rather then beef
