KFC's food has declined in quality over time. The chicken and gravy, once flavorful, now lack taste. The fries are occasionally good but often soggy. However, their drinks, such as New Mountain Dew's Peach and Honey flavor, are a highlight. Despite this, the restaurant struggles to meet its former standards, leaving customers disappointed.
