Downtown Long Beach has a farmers market every Friday and this is one of the tents i never miss stopping by. I've had a fair share of tamales throughout the years and I have to say, these are by far one of my favorites! Let's say, ones where i don't get a massive heartburn or overly guilty yet hits the spot is good enough for me. Best part is their delicious salsa!! Recently picked up a dozen of assorted tamales, and they were amazing! We got a few beef, chicken, and cheese and all were delicious! The masa remained incredibly moist and flavorful for several days, and there was plenty of delicious and good-quality filling in all varieties.
