Another stellar visit to Anila's last night with my wife. Courtesy of Alice, our Pala Casino host... Jose is a consummate server. Never missed a step! Very impressive for only 3 months on the job... In a world where eating out usually feels like wasting serious money on mediocre food and a forgettable experience, this was quite possibly the best meal my wife and I have ever had — and at a reasonable price too. The whole experience was incredible. Anila and our waiter Kellen were beyond attentive, and you could genuinely feel the care they put into everything.

My wife and I had an incredible first experience at Anila’s Cucina Rustica, and it definitely won’t be our last. We even had the pleasure of meeting Chef Anila herself, which made the evening feel even more special.

Anila's Cucina Rustica is a true gem and hidden gem, offering an incredible and extraordinary dining experience that feels like stepping into a charming, authentic Italian movie. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, homey, and fantastic, setting the perfect tone for a memorable evening. Chef Anila provides personal attention with a warm, homey presence, greeting guests and guiding their food journey with kindness and humor, making everyone feel like family.
The food is outstanding, amazing, exquisite, exceptional, and perfect. Standout dishes include the burrata and caponata with eggplant appetizer, the braised short rib, the zuppa di pesce, the penne alla vodka, and the penne with jumbo shrimp. Other excellent choices are the cheese board, calamari, shrimp appetizers in a spicy sauce, ahi tuna, steak, chicken entree, tiramisu, and cream-filled donut balls. Everything is fresh, flavorful, beautifully prepared, tender, rich, and bursting with zest.
The service is equally fabulous, warm, attentive, friendly, and thoughtful, with staff taking genuine pride in their work. From the fresh bread and butter to the final dessert, every detail feels crafted with care. This restaurant is a must try and highly recommended for an authentic and unforgettable meal.
