Randomly stopped by for a bite to eat. Sign outside read "best burritos in town". Definitely didnt disappoint. I can say its probably the best burritos in Oroville and the surrounding areas. Building is def run down a bit, but dont let it discourage you from trying it out. The lady owner was super friendly. I will be back for more.
Not a place you'd stop at if you didn't know how good it is. It's VERY, um, humble-looking, both outside and inside. And teeny: just 4 tables. But the food is cheap and delicious. When we went, three Sheriffs were having lunch. Their Canine Unit vehicle was parked outside. We love Taqueria Palermo.

Was on tour with a band, passing through Palermo from Sacramento. Did a search for restaurants on Yelp! and found this place. The owner is a really sweet lady. Authentic and affordable. If you're in the area and want some excellent Mexican food, definitely give it a try!
