Enjoyed Alps Villages with excellent food and personal service. The ambiance is fun with chilled German beer on tap. Thank you!
The food was great but it's too loud for our liking. Sitting outside would be better but it was windy that day. The food came out in a timely manner but the servers were run off their feet so we had to wait a little too long for our bill. The waitress was, however, awesome.
The food, as usual, is very good. My one small caveat is that they do not offer free bread, and you have to order it for a cost. We ordered the garlic bread which was not good and there are only three pieces per order, so if you have a table of four, like we did, we ordered a fourth piece and were charged for it, which seemed a bit petty. But the bread did not have any real garlic, only ground garlic powder on it, which is not tasty. This could be an easy fix. We do love the restaurant but will not order garlic bread, or any bread, again.
I ordered an schnitzel original style and the meat was very think. Was almost only bread. The taste was missing. I can tell that the food quality is very poor. The cheesecake was a joke, was falling apart. I think that probably was frozen for so long. The prices up to the sky. For 3 people we paid $247 plus tip. We only went back this time because the food was good but after the experience from Friday, we will no go back for sure. Very expensive for the quality of food. Very disappointed.
We were very disappointed in Alps Village. Three of us had schnitzel and it was dry and tasteless. We had to order gravy to make it edible. The cabbage rolls were good. The service was excellent.
If you are looking for something different and delicious, this is the place for you!! The menu has an array of German entrees. Be sure to ask your server for recommendations. You can't go wrong!
Great food friendly staff at a casual comfortable environment. I particularly enjoyed the red cabbage, sauerkraut and sausage and of course the German beer

The service was great. The food was mediocre and way overpriced. Not much value for what is given.

We have been wanting to go to Alps Village for some time and finally took my mom there for her birthday. When we walked into the restaurant it was not at all what we thought it might be. We were expecting a nicer restaurant from a ambience standpoint but it felt like a sports bar. The place was hopping and you could tell there were many regulars there. The noise level was off the charts to the point one couldn't hear our server well or we couldn't hear each other without yelling. We order our drinks and food which included 2 side Caesar salads and entrees. The salads are $9 each and considering my mom ordered the entree Caesar, the portion of the side salad was about 1/4 of the entree salad. There couldn't have been any more than 1 cup of lettuce. We had only begun eating our salads when our entrees arrived. Given that we were at a small table, there was barely enough room for all the dishes on the table. Two of us had Weinerschnitzle which we ordered with Spaetzle. The Spaetzle was so darn dry, it felt like I was eating dried noodles out of a package. For a German restaurant, there is NO excuse for the Spaetzle to have come out of the kitchen like that. Between the very rushed service, noise level and quality of the food with our bill totaling $190 including what tip we did leave, we can find a better place in the valley for German food. So while it took us some time to get to Alps Village, it will take us even longer to return.

Our waitress was amazingly wonderful and helpful. We all agreed we would return just to see her. Desserts were perfect. Unfortunately, we all agreed that the food was bland and serving sizes were small
The staff is friendly and professional with very little turnover which says a lot about management.
Owners are always there and work as hard as the staff if not harder.
