Great dining experience at Billy Q's. Awesome half and half pizza (pastrami and mac and cheese). The mac and cheese with bacon was really something special. The pastrami pizza was really great, but would have loved a tiny bit more pastrami on it. Both had excellent flavor. I want to try the pastrami sandwich next.
Overall, extremely happy I stopped in. I was greeted by a friendly man and saw him cleaning tables as customers left, which I really appreciated! I hate coming into a restaurant with dirty tables. I will absolutely be back. Highly recommend. Thanks for reading.
We were looking for a pizza joint close by to the hotel we are staying at and this place did not disappoint! We were so hungry I forgot to take pictures of the actual food (sorry!), but it was all delicious!
We ordered a medium pizza, half cheese and half pepperoni and the pizza was tasty! It’s a really thin crust and you can get sourdough if you ask. Even the pepperoni was super thin and crispy and we really enjoyed it. We also ordered a Chef salad and a classic sub. The classic sub was one of the best I have ever had. The bread was magical, light and crisp on the outside and there was tons of meat, peppercinis, just loads of flavor! It was a big hit with all of us. I think the salad was our least favorite only because there were just way too many toppings and not enough actual lettuce for us to all share and enjoy with our pizza and sandwich. But for the price, we were satisfied customers and would definitely eat there again.
Note that it’s pretty loud inside. But there is lots of outdoor seating so not a problem if you aren’t a big sports person or want it a bit quieter. The shopping center also has at least 4 other eating choices so it’s a good option if some in your party want other types of food.
Kid-friendliness: Good options for kids since kids like pizza!
Wheelchair accessibility: Not the best, definitely would only work for outdoor seating, not enough room inside.

I really wanted to like this place because the ordering was super easy and the people working there were really nice. But this food was just not good. Pizza was no better than chain store pizza. The salads were fine. We had the antipasto and the Greek. Just not sure Themis is a return visit place.
One of the best cracker crust style pizzas I’ve had. When you walk in you get the smell of that old school pizzeria right away. The service was great and we will definitely back next time we visit Palm Desert.

We stopped in near closing time but the staff was awesome and made us the BEST 1/2 bbq chicken and 1/2 pepperoni pizza!!! Super friendly, great attitude and service, and they were REALLY cleaning the place… all the staff was… We WILL be back and recommend. Thank you Billy Qs!

Busy lunch spot with excellent pizza options which taste amazing. So far, our favorite spot in the desert. Very casual atmosphere and efficient service staff.

I have been coming here for 3 years and the pizza is one of the better options in the desert.
However, after tonight we will never spend another dollar here. We came in tonight at dinner time around 630 or so, the server just stared at me and wife till we asked to dine in. He said just grab a table, we sit down and he absolutely will not acknowledge me. No response to how are you doing today or your welcome to my thank you’s, nothing.
We give it around 15-20 minutes or so he circulates multiple tables, multiple times and ignores us. While he is upbeat and holding conversations with every other table. As we were getting ready to pay for our soda and leave due to lack of service a lady came over and asked if we needed anything. My wife placed our pizza order and I ask what the kids deal is, he won’t serve us and she just says sorry.
Our pizza is ready, he literally just brings it over and puts it on the holder and starts to walk away as my wife asked for ranch, not a single word was said but he did bring the ranch.
The kid goes to the register and starts making Asian jokes about bonzai trees and doing it in an Asian accent.
We eat a couple pieces and my wife is so infuriated at this point so she pays and we just cut out dinner early.
Never have we experienced such blatant racism with no management or anything to do anything about it.
