I went there today and the food was amazing. It also has very quick and friendly service. Here are our orders, which were all delicious. 1. I got The ravioli 2. My brother got the spaghetti 3. We all shared a pizza All the food was delicious and 10000000000000% recommend coming here.

I went to dinner with my in-laws there. The gentleman taking our order seemed very pleasant at first. We placed our orders, and shortly after, we received our appetizers. My father-in-law attempted to get our server's attention so that we could get napkins. Our server passed by several times and ignored my father-in-law each time he passed us. We managed to flag down another employee. We asked him for napkins and eventually received them. Once our food arrived, we began to eat. I, once again, attempted to flag down our server so that we could get silverware. After several more attempts to get his attention, we managed to get the attention of the same employee who brought us the napkins. When we asked him for silverware, he replied, "You're eating pizza," in a rude manner. He then brought us our silverware and left our area. In the time we spent there, we were never approached and asked if we needed refills or if we were doing okay. The food was decent, but the service was lacking.

My wife and I were told about this place and decided to stop by to have dinner. We had the pastrami pizza and cheese sticks. Both were great, but the pastrami pizza was amazing but ate more than I should have. We ordered a large pizza, but we should’ve actually ordered a medium, but the leftovers will taste as good as the meal itself.

I’ll start with the positive: the pizza was excellent with a nice thin crust. Both the mac and cheese pizza and meat madness were great. However…the service was mostly absent. Our server dropped off our pizza without a word and never checked on us until we were done. Worse than that was the group of what I assume were regulars sitting at the table next to us. They were obnoxiously loud and using language that was inappropriate for a restaurant. Any member of the staff could have asked them to check their language (and volume) once they saw a family with children come in, but not only did they not do that, they actually joined in. As good as the pizza was, we would not come back, which is a real shame.

They refuse to turn on the heat. They say the employees get too hot because of the oven. You would think if everyone is bundled up inside They would get a clue

Great menu of salads, sandwiches and pizza. The pizza has a fairly thin and crispy crust. I can't get enough of the cubano pizza... Really good!!

Amazing unique pizzas. Fun indoor/outdoor environment in an out of the way location. Staff wasn't particularly friendly this last visit, but not bad enough to keep me from returning when I am in the valley again!Parking: Large parking lot. You will be able to park but you may have a hike!

We ordered the Mac and Cheez pizza without the bacon and it just wasn't very flavorful at all.

We were not in a good mood after spending 20 minutes just sitting at another establishment close by and never got waited on.We saw so many people walking out with pizza boxes that we decided to give it a try. Billy Q’s did not disappoint. We were served right away and put in our order in under 6 minutes of being there. Both my husband and I grew up near Chicago and this pizza reminded us of one our favorite thin crust Chicago pizzas. We will definitely be back next time we are in California for another vacation!Thank you Billy Q’s for a great dinner!

Overall, frustrating experience. I got it to go order and I was trying to pay but their machines are so old that they only except the slider and I guess both of my cards have been demagnetized which I was unaware of because I had literally just use them. I sat there for about 10 minutes and they awkwardly tried to swipe my cards and told me they couldn’t physically input it and then finally decided to input it. It doesn’t make any sense to me that they would Use a POS system that does not accept regular payments. Seems like they need to invest in a better system. How do they expect people to pay if they do not accept chip or Apple Pay. They should at least tell people to bring cash in case their card doesn’t work which there’s a good chance it may not. Good luck.
