This location used to be great, but no more. The wait times are unbelievable. I ordered online, and my pizzas weren't ready until 30 minutes past the quoted pick up time! Well 1 of them was ready 20 minutes after, and sat there getting cold for 10 minutes while I had to wait for the other 1. When the staff finally pulled the 2nd pizza out of the oven it sat there for at least 5 minutes while I watched them box up several pizzas that came out of the oven after mine. The staff did not seem to have any idea what they were doing, and on top of that, they were extremely rude. Oh, and the entire restaurant was filthy and disgusting too! I will not be returning ever again.

Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. The restaurant appeared unclean, with food debris visible in multiple areas. I also observed staff handling food without washing their hands, which was concerning. Cleanliness and food safety are extremely important, and this location did not meet basic expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their sanitation practices.
This seems to be an ongoing issue based on other recent reviews. Cleanliness and food safety do not appear to be a priority here. The restaurant was truthfully gross.

This was my first time coming here as a suggestion of my son's friend who was dining with us. It was a pleasant experience. I got my pizza with the spicy sauce and my wife got it with the regular red sauce. My spicy sauce had more pleasant flavor imo than my wife's but she almost couldn't handle the spiciness of my spicy sauce! If your sensitive to spice I would not suggest the spicy sauce. Also I would suggest to put up a sign on the side of the restaurant that you start the line! I did not know which side to go on, and I witnessed multiple other people going to the wrong side as well!

I come often most of the time is very good but this time the pizza dried not enough sauce so where the toppings it tasted bland did not taste good at all. It was not edible I ended up throwing in trash.

Pizza is always fantastic here! Fresh ingredients, flavorful cheese, perfect classic red sauce, and crisp & fresh toppings make this the best pizza anywhere! It's also perfectly cooked with delicious crispy edges and stretchy gooey cheese! Blaze Pizza is worth driving across town for, it is phenomenal!

We decided to come here during a quick overnight trip to the Omni. We had a great experience at Blaze pizza in Orlando and thought maybe the reviews for this Blaze were incorrect. We quickly learned they were not. No one greeted us. The girl who took our order looked upset we were there. We ordered 2 high rise pizzas. Either she was brand new or had never been trained bc she couldn't get our pizza to flatten and stretch in the machine. She resorted to trying to do it by hand but it ended up being an uneven blob. We went to adding our toppings. I wasnt sure at the time but now I'm absolutely sure she put way too much sauce. The pizza ended up getting mushy before we could finish eating it. The soda fountain was also a joke. It had no carbination- so everything was flat. Trust the reviews and skip this blaze pizza. You will be happy you did.

Food poisoning. I have not had it in over 20 years but it's definitely what happened. Workers made it clear owner is cutting corners to boost profit. Food was old and rubbery especially ceaser salad. Everything was dirty especially the bathrooms and food line. Workers aee nice but it's clear their hands aew tied
