We decided to come here during a quick overnight trip to the Omni. We had a great experience at Blaze pizza in Orlando and thought maybe the reviews for this Blaze were incorrect. We quickly learned they were not. No one greeted us. The girl who took our order looked upset we were there. We ordered 2 high rise pizzas. Either she was brand new or had never been trained bc she couldn't get our pizza to flatten and stretch in the machine. She resorted to trying to do it by hand but it ended up being an uneven blob. We went to adding our toppings. I wasnt sure at the time but now I'm absolutely sure she put way too much sauce. The pizza ended up getting mushy before we could finish eating it. The soda fountain was also a joke. It had no carbination- so everything was flat. Trust the reviews and skip this blaze pizza. You will be happy you did.

Food poisoning. I have not had it in over 20 years but it's definitely what happened. Workers made it clear owner is cutting corners to boost profit. Food was old and rubbery especially ceaser salad. Everything was dirty especially the bathrooms and food line. Workers aee nice but it's clear their hands aew tied

This location is under a new ownership since last year and hasn’t gotten better. The wait time is horrible! Before it was flowing and now every time I come it takes forever.

They made us refund our entire order for adding Parmesan cheese when they never told us it was an extra charge. You also get Parmesan cheese on the side for free.

No way does this affect the quality of the food. But to wait 45 minutes for a to go order is not OK. Online orders took president over those who were waiting probably longer than I did to place their order. So only three individuals working in the shop, which could probably be a Management scheduling issue. Person running the oven was great communicated well. Hope this could be something addressed in the future.
If you like thin crust and tasty pizza, then Blaze is the place. One of my favorite pizza chain restaurants!

This place has lost its touch. The service is horrible, all the employees seem overwhelmed. Online ordering takes forever and food is never ready on time. Because the employees are overwhelmed, the quality of the pizza goes down. Something changed and the location has suffered from it.
