Food and service is average. Had to wait a long time to order our food. We ordered massaman curry which came in a bowl of large chunks of vegetables with a little curry at the bottom. Not very appetizing. The pad Thai was also a lot of noodles but we're not nicely spiced or tasty. The food was warm and seemed lifeless.

We needed a quick dinner before a show and this hit the spot. We had the yellow chicken curry and the pad Thai and both were excellent. Both tasted very fresh and were presented nicely. We’ll go back.

All the food we ordered was delicious. More people might be more inclined to dine if they offered mild (not hot/spicy) versions of their "spicy only" dishes. Pad Thai was delicious. Green Chicken Curry, Panang Chicken Curry, Som Tom (Green Papaya Salad) were all ordered with Spice Level 1. I enjoy spicy food but my wife & children do not. Enjoyed all the dishes however would recommend them allowing customers to order mild dishes as not everyone likes or can handle spicy food. Even the dishes were made mildly spicy they were too hot for my kids to eat.

OMG they found the hot spice cabinet! We ordered food at 2 on a scale of 1 to 5. As a Thai food fan they hit a 4+. My guess is that they didn't pay attention to the level or sent us the wrong order. Eitherway not coming back!

all this place is, is a gut-fill. nothing more. it's a loud, noisy place with just one server for many tables. the food is mediocre at best. they can't even serve appetizers before entrees! they are PLENTY of other thai restaurants in the area. find a better one and write about it!

Once again going out on a date night we stopped at a new place for us. The reviews are great and friends told us fantastic things about this restaurant. I let the server select my menu and was not disappointed. For the appetizer he selected Gai lemongrass skewers which are fried chopped chicken with dipping sauce… yum. Then for the main course I had a Panang curry with pork at level three. Next time I will get level five which is more spicy but still the level three was fantastic. My wife went to the basic side orange sauce chicken which also perfectly cook. We can’t wait to go back and try a few other of their dishes. This place is a must stop.

We had a MAJOR FOOD sadety issue with this restaurant with Blue Orchid this week. I nearly swallowed a one inch metal shaving that was in my takeout from Blue Orchid. Once I realized that I had something metal in my thoart, I was able to "gag" it up and remove the metal item. It appears to be from a metal scrub brush/utensil of some kind. Once injested, such an item can require surgical removal or be fatal. My husband just went in to speak to the owner who dismissed him and refused to talk to him. We are concerned the utensils they cook/flip the food wjth need to replaced. We are calling the food department to report this incidicent but please be careful since this is so dangerous. Note: The reason we went in two days later was that this happened as I eating the leftovers. My husband was confused when you tried to take the evidence as he didn't want you to deny/keep it. It was likely in the pork dish or rice but I had several items on my plate all mixed together.

The food was very good. The service was something else and didn't match the food! There was 1 server for the entire place, people waiting to be seated and people seated leaving because he was so overwhelmed he never helped them. He fought with me about not wanting shrimp in my fried rice!. Right before leaving a lady (possibly the owner) had a screaming match with a customer who had placed a pickup order over something she wanted on her food and wanted to charge her $1 for without saying it cost extra on the menu. The look on customers faces while the 4 minute screaming match went on were priceless and 5 people turned and left as it continued! It was my first and last time due to the service and how the staff and owner treated people!!!

Stop...found the BEST Thai Food restaurant. Nice ambience and great service. We tried a few dishes and they were all yummy...very authentic. I do warn you...when they ask how hot you'd like your food...spice wise...I'd tone it down from your usual liking. Ha!

I gave this restaurant two stars because, to be fair, most Americans have never eaten Thai food outside of a tour group or large city. I lived in a Northern Thai village for eight years, I have a clue. Thai food should be a delicate balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy (chili), up to your taste. All I could taste was sweet.* For those who hate chili, this is your place, it's chili free.* The Thom Yom Gai was watery. The small bowl had ample, partially cooked mushrooms and a few pieces of tough chicken.* The beef salad was super sweet, with some thin pieces of tough beef and small chunks of head lettuce. This is Thai Fusion style.* The Mee Krob was good, but how do you go wrong with that?* Rice is not included with the meal. That's right, three dollars more for a small cup of rice.* The cooks were Thai, that counts for something (2 stars).* The tables are very close together. I felt sorry for people as I scooted by them on the way to the bathroom.*Most dinner meals are 18.95 and 19.95, so they can say the food is between 10 and 20 dollars, if you don't add rice.If you like very sweet Thai fusion, this is your place, otherwise, keep driving.

Ordered via Door Dash. No other option for delivery. Never received order. DD said no refund. $100 order. I called 3 times to contest. Won't use DD or return to Blue Orchid. Was a frequent customer. This is what happens when you farm out delivery to a 3rd party.

We ordered it and had Uber deliver so I cannot comment on the actual restaurant. But the food we got was very good. We ordered the Drunken Noodle with chicken. I got spice level 2 and for me it was perfect. I like hot and spicy and I would not want level 3. My husband got level 1 and he likes a little kick in his food, and he said it was perfect. I can't imagine going to level 5!! The chicken was very tender and the sauce was very flavorful. I would recommend!!
