We just had dinner there today and the food was too overpriced to be that terrible. I had the alfredo and the sauce was very watery and did not have any flavor. The waitress charged us twice for one pizza. Good thing we noticed that on the check. The atmosphere was super uptight which made us feel uncomfortable. I would rather eat at the Olive Garden.

Service was friendly and helpful. The pizza was really good. Like the Italy style thin crust.
Kid-friendliness: Had coloring books for kids

I don't love panning a small business but this wasn't good. From the nothing close to Italian or crusty bread served with oil/balsamic, to really bad (I'd say inedible) meatballs. The Spaghetti Pescatora wasn't terrible, but some of the fish was salted so much I wondered if they did that to keep it from going bad. The tomato sauce on both dishes was extremely watery. On the positive, the beer was cold, servers very nice and attentive.
I'm guessing/hoping it's the pizza that shines here though we didn't try it. Very disheartening as we were told the owner/chef is from Sicily, so we just don't get it.

Ok, so I love the artisan selections here, some of the best pizza in the valley. Unfortunately the bread & olive oil wasn’t brung out until the entrees arrived, I was little confused about that. It wasn’t even busy, still left a generous tip, and will return later not sooner.
Kid-friendliness: Daily kids menu & coloring books.

Was delicious and nice staff! ARUGULA AVOCADO salad with shaved fennel was very delish and light, and their free crispy garlic bread delish, and artichoke appetizer delish! Lasagna béchamel was interesting very good and VITELLO PICCATA was succulent. Dina was our server who was really nice

I have never been so disrespected by a server (Jonathan) in all my life. The manager was too much of a coward to come out and speak with me. Will never ever be back!!!!!!!!
I have never rated any restaurant before, but I felt so compelled because of how awful this place is, I wish I could rate this place even less than 1 star. I hope Robert Irvine sees this and jumps into action.
The food is absolutely horrific. The sauces are watery and not skimmed. The bread is store bought white bread put under a panini press. Pasta was all wildly over cooked. Garlic, while a loved, and major part, of many Italian dishes, is not supposed to be the primary flavor of everything served. Everything that entered my mouth would make anyone with even the faintest whiff of Italian heritage cry in pain. Service is equally as atrocious. Waiters were never present because they spent every moment not taking an order flirting with the bar tender.
I would be very weary of anyone posting a positive review of this place, as I’m not sure they’ve ever had any food in their lives before dining here. I wish I’d left here hungry instead of doing so with a diminished view of what edible food is.

Bucatini is a nice casual Italian restaurant. Good service and good food. A solid choice in the area.

I don’t often leave reviews but this was SO bad it needs a warning label.
We ordered take out consisting of pizza, salad, and desert (which they were out of almost everything so paid $12 for the smallest ice cream ever). There was literally MOLD on the salami and the entire thing was rotten (it was grey) - disgusting. The pizza used fake cheese and the was cold and doughy. The bill $64….. literally GO ANYWHERE ELSE. This place needs a visit from the health inspector asap. Upon calling they did reimburse (well supposedly, they never actually confirmed if ur was complete) for the salad, but they should have comped the entire meal since only the ice cream could be eaten.

We haven't been here since earlier this year and have wanted to come back for a delicious meal and we had exactly that. Such a nice day and a very pleasant dining experience but it soured when we were presented the bill. You see the folks in charge added a new payment tier with their updated menu and prices . The tier pricing change occurs with a charge payment versus cash. Our bill grew by $4.60 between the cash versus charge. Our waiter tried to explain it to us but honestly this development really soured our whole meal and I will think twice before coming back. I guess I may sound a bit cheap but this seems like a low blow with no prior notice.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday here last night on a whim (had never dined here before). We had a wide range of dishes and drinks - all were exceptional! The service was extraordinary and we were treated very well. We vacation in Palm Springs regularly and this will be one of our new spots!
