This Burger King is undoubtedly the BEST Burger King in the Coachella valley, hands down! My wife and went and had lunch. The fries were perfectly salted and hot and the burger was perfectly warm. Thank you for keeping and maintaining the highest of standards and I really really hope that corporate sees this and rewards the ENTIRE team!🙏❤️

I went to the drive through because I was rushing for work. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo regular. The lady gave me a small cup of soda. I asked why is it small, she said it a new size medium cup. I found that to be odd. I looked at my receipt & it was a small combo not regular as what I asked for. The point to this is that she lied. When I got to my job, & was ready to eat, I cut my chicken sandwich in half & this so called brown looking peace of lettuce fell out. I was so discussed that I lost my appetite. I won’t go here again.

Can't rate anything and I'll explain why. I called ahead of time and asked if they accept ebt. They said yes. It states on Google AI and the BK website that some locations do and to call to verify. I called. They said yes. I drive there. They say no. I told them I called maybe 20 minutes ago. Nope wedon't, sorry. Maybe you called another one. I check my phone. The location. It's the right BK. I try to call them back....line is off the hook as in They don't want to deal with this or any questions concerned customers may have. My niece is a vegetarian and if I have questions I can't call because some kids working there want to play tik tok more then do the job they get paid WAY more then minimum wage to do! Unacceptable.

The worse BK I have been to. The drive through lane is not make sense, the food is not up to the quality I've had at other Bk's. I will note, the fast food groups in the Chochela Valley location are not the same as Riverside, Orange and LA counties. The food and service is far less. The center this location is in does not make sense at all, some spots have the same drive though as another totally different restaurant. Weird!!
