Valentine Day 2025 4 people - 2 had steaks and were set back not cooked as ordered. My fish was good. Pasta with scallops and shrimp - wheres the scallops? Salad small watery - when tab came (expensive) we were told that others were waiting for our booth! Left did not finish our wine! Rude

A Palm Desert Classic! A great bar and grill with high quality food and lively atmosphere. I had the most expensive Lamb Chops ever at $75! But they were magnificent! The prime rib is very tender and melts in your mouth. Expect to spend a couple of hundred bucks on a lovely meal. Next time I think I’ll try the ribs. I know those are only $44. Great place for special occasions and the bar is a great place for older seniors to pick up a date.

Luis is the most amazing bartender I have ever experienced. He's attentive and fun! Love spending time here, and am always happy to bring new clients to experience the atmosphere he creates! If you have not been.. it's time to try it out!

Walked in and sat for 20 mins waiting to be acknowledged. Walked out so no idea what the food is like. Seems to be popular but no staff to be seen.

A bit pricey but the food and the service were both outstanding. The pasta servings were very generous.

Parking: Parking is a bit tight but it can be found.

So, I walked in today (Sunday) & was completely ignored by a fluffy long haired blonde oldish lady . I assume she didn't give me the same attention because I'm hispanic & look young, everybody else around me was white. She saw me clearly holding the door open for a sweet couple that was leaving. Then I walk in.. approaching her. I stood there for some time (infront of her/ desk) while she was "texting". I gave her time thinking it must be something important. But it was unreal how she didn't seem to notice i was standing right infront of her waiting. Anyway i finally spoke up & said Hello? to her which she looked up at me & said Hi? how can i help you? with an attitude ofcourse, didn't expect less:) I explained to her I just opened a water & ice store down the street & if they ever needed ICE for the restaurant for emergency purposes etc. We are available & also deliver. But she simply nodded & said NO. She didn't take my business card either claiming they will never need us because they have their own machines, which is fine but theres a better way to communicate things rather than be rude about it from the beginning. THANK GOD when I left there was a man in the back that gladly took my card & said it can come in handy sometime for them & said Thank you to me! The kitchen staff is definitely a different vibe, much MUCH more welcoming than that other moody racist person they have in the front!
She needs to humble herself immediately.

Enjoying a delicious lunch at my favorite neighborhood eatery. The food is always fresh, hot, scrumptous and presented beautifully. The service is top notch. Not too slow, not too fast. After ordering, we were served a basket full of piping hot fresh sourdough rolls with almost a full cube of sliced butter which was greatly appreciated my my mom who can rarely fit enough butter on her rolls. Then, we shared a dinner salad (which is fairly large-sharing is best). It came garnished with 2 large fresh tomatoe slices and 2 crisp carrot strips. My favorite part was the salad dressing. Let me tell you the ranch here is thee best around and I try ranch everywhere I go. You can tell alot about a restaurant through their ranch salad dressing. I ordered the reuben on sourdough served with sweet potatoe fries and my dear mother had the pastrami on rye served with traditional fries. The bread was toasted perfectly and the fries were out of this world. The portions are enormous. There was enough to take home to feed my very large roomate. My one wish is that they offered the same appetizers in the dinningroom as the bar. We wanted to share bread pudding for desert but were too stuffed. I will surely be back soon.
